And I say that while admitting Washington has a good defense. Around the same outcome as week 4. 31-17 Quote suddenly the Ravens have become the most dangerous team in the AFC North during the playoff homestretch...In his last three games, he ranks No. 1 in Total QBR (94.6), producing six touchdown passes and two interceptions. Jackson has averaged 84.3 yards rushing and has run for four touchdowns..Jackson and the Baltimore offense have been scoring lots of points. Over the last three weeks, the Ravens have averaged an NFL-best 40.3 points per game -- more than double the output by the Steelers (16.7) in that same span. In beating the Browns and the Jacksonville Jaguars, Baltimore scored touchdowns on 11 of Jackson’s 19 drives (58%)........No title, no problem: Ravens stake claim to AFC North's best team - Baltimore Ravens- ESPN Anyway....Sunday will test this out. The Giants are the same as Washington and it's a must win game for them. The Ravens will get their best. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted December 23, 2020 Posted December 23, 2020 I dont see where ppl are getting this the ravens are set to go now. Jax is not a test. Quote
vmax Posted December 23, 2020 Author Posted December 23, 2020 47 on the Brownies. with Lamar out for a quarter and the D missing everybody. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted December 23, 2020 Posted December 23, 2020 The browns made a stupid mistake by not pounding the ball early in the game. Had they done that from the start I dont the the Ravens would have been in a position to get the lead. Quote

The *** I'm stupid for thinking this game is easy *** curse is way too powerful and dangerous for board members to use. Only crav can invoke it. And then it may only apply to the Ravens. Only he knows. I think they make it if they win out. Hopefully. With the crowd behind them Sunday I think they take care of the Giants.... Quote
vmax Posted December 24, 2020 Author Posted December 24, 2020 No help this week.... 2020 NFL Expert Picks | ESPN Looks like it will come down to the last week of the season. Quote
vmax Posted December 24, 2020 Author Posted December 24, 2020 Then again, I have to like the way Prisco thinks: Quote Indianapolis Colts at Pittsburgh Steelers Latest Odds:Indianapolis Colts -1.5 These two are both alive in the playoff chase, which makes this a big game. The Steelers are struggling in a big way to move the football, while the Colts defense has lagged some the past few weeks. Something will have to give. I think Ben Roethlisberger will make some plays down the field that have been missing. The Steelers will pull off the upset. Pick: Steelers 23, Colts 21............... And Then Again, Again.... Quote ONE DIVISION, THREE PLAYOFF TEAMS? The AFC North sends three teams to the playoffs in 58.8 percent of simulations. With the expanded playoff field featuring three wild-card teams in each conference, it's now technically possible for one division to send all four of its teams to a postseason. But that won't be happening this season. How about three teams? The AFC North has a good chance of accomplishing this feat. The Steelers have already clinched a postseason bid, while the Browns make the playoffs in 83.9 percent of simulations and the Ravens in 77.9. Those individual percentages blend in the ways wins and losses do, giving us that 58.8 figure above. But the Miami Dolphins could throw a wrench into the works. Miami, which currently owns the conference-record tiebreaker over Baltimore (6-4 vs. 6-5), makes the playoffs in 50 percent of simulations. The Dolphins visit Las Vegas on Saturday night. Who is the Dolphins' opponent in Week 17? Buffalo, which could be in a position to rest starters by then...2020 NFL playoff picture: Who'll win AFC South? NFC West? Can Bears sneak in? Quote
papasmurfbell Posted December 24, 2020 Posted December 24, 2020 I dont like their chances week 17 either. Quote
vmax Posted December 28, 2020 Author Posted December 28, 2020 So the Sun came out this morning. The Raiders lost. .. And I hit Bottom Saturday Night.... But Wait! There's always another day. The Jets beat the Browns. ...let that sink in. Aside: A peek at the Browns fans: The Steelers were down to the Colts by 24-7 in the 3rd quarter and won. Unreal! The Ravens won like we thought they would and suddenly we wake up this morning to a "Win and They're In" scenario. Quote
