vmax Posted September 8, 2021 Posted September 8, 2021 Not exactly a huge vote of confidence and a little short on love. Jamison Hensley on Twitter “Ravens center Bradley Bozeman on the addition of running back Le’Veon Bell to the practice squad: “We’re going to block for whoever is back there.”” Quote
vmax Posted September 8, 2021 Posted September 8, 2021 More signings and roster moves... Quote While Baltimore added Le'Veon Bell to the practice squad, they also signed running back Trenton Cannon to the 53-man roster Wednesday...Offensively, the 5-foot-11, 185-pound Cannon only has 48 rushes for 146 yards and one touchdown over his three seasons. A sixth-round pick out of Virginia State, he flashed as a receiver in his rookie year with 17 catches for 144 yards..Ravens Sign Running Back Trenton Cannon to 53-Man Roster (baltimoreravens.com) Interesting. cannon went right onto the 53, Bell on PS. Quote Hill was officially waived/injured, opening up a spot for Cannon. If Hill passes through waivers, he can go on the Ravens' injured reserve list. They also signed DT Khalil McKenzie Quote
vmax Posted September 8, 2021 Posted September 8, 2021 They also have an Ace in the Hole for RB in Tyree Phillips.... Quote
tsylvester Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 My worry is turnovers on offense. Mesh.points are key and will the new stable of backs be able to mesh with Lamar and this read run game? If not, it will force the Ravens to throw more, less time of possession, defense tires more, I think 7 wins.... Quote
papasmurfbell Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 That read option is gonna hurt for a while. The back not getting if the ball gets yanked out of his gut can easily be an issue. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 On a selfish note I am so glad I drafted Williams in one of my leagues. I think I will play him monday and get him off the bench. Quote
