tsylvester Posted October 7 Posted October 7 Well, well, we'll, this ought to be a goosey! Two quarterbacks who can run like the wind, dance like a deer. Oh, did I forget to mention they can throw as well. Two former Heisman winners! Daniels is Lamar-esque, but more accurate right now. How could a rookie be that good so soon? Just look at all of the football he played in college, 3 years in the pack 12, 2 years in the sec, yes, he is battle tested. He has already thrown for 1,135 yards, with 4 touchdowns and two picks thrown 1 each in the past two games. He is completing an eye popping 77% of his passes in this new season. But how good of defenses has he played? Tampa, NyG, Cinci, Arizona, Cleveland. Yes he beat two AFC North teams, a shoot out with Cinci, a drubbing of Cleveland this past week. The Comandos are averaging 34 pts per game through 5 games and Daniels is the main reason why. A pocket passer with the wheels to glide through the field, yes he looks like he is standing still, but he is really moving at the speed of light. While Lamar is 21-1 against the NFC, this one might be a shoot out like the Ravens just had with Cinci. Washington is 2nd in the league rushing, but are 22nd in the league stopping the run. Their defense is 24th in the league against the pass, allowing qbs to complete better than 67% of their passes. Their offense is 18th in the league, averaging 226 yards per game. Daniels has been sacked 12 times. So buckle up, this should be a fun one! Who ya got? Quote
oldno82 Posted October 7 Posted October 7 Probably another Cinci replay that goes down to the wire. Fortunately, it is a home game for us. That should help some. This game looks like Lamar I vs Lamar II. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted October 7 Posted October 7 Yeah the kid is really accurate. He is the next model f the running qb. Now he wants to throw and can but can make a pass rush look foolish. Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13 Author Posted October 13 Otay, here we go. Keep those rush lanes, squeeze the pocket, don't over rush and let him break out. Top team announcing today, I do love Nanz and Romo, contrary to some I am sure, it a beauty day for a football game, let's play Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13 Author Posted October 13 The breeze here in Middle River is enough to affect the ball, kicking and throwing. Now sure about in Bmore Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13 Author Posted October 13 Ravens get the ball first, Comandos deferred, kick off is a goal line kick, Hardy returns it for 32 yards Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13 Author Posted October 13 Henry goes around left end from the pistol, gets 2 Pistol again with Henry, wide out screen for Flowers goes for 47! Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13 Author Posted October 13 Under center, Henry to the left, had a ton of room, tripped up though for no gain, 2nd and 10 Shot gun with Hill, throws short to Andrews, ball slips off of his hand and is picked off. Good throw, bad attempt at catch. Lamar makes the tackle on the return Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13 Author Posted October 13 Just now, papasmurfbell said: Inaccurate throw. Now to see an accurate qb. Good throw, bad attmept at catch Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13 Author Posted October 13 Tracker, bad show, misleading by the title, made it through 4 episodes, total copy of other shows Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13 Author Posted October 13 Just now, papasmurfbell said: No. He overlead with the throw. Andrews floated inside where coverage was, Lamar planed, rightfully so, that he would float outside Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13 Author Posted October 13 Ekler on the carry gets 6 Pass, good rush lanes, throws short for 2 3rd down 2 Ekler on a wheel route, wide open for 25 Quote
papasmurfbell Posted October 13 Posted October 13 Lamar does not throw to spots. He throws to open guys. Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13 Author Posted October 13 Daniels keeps it, read quickly, no gain 2nd and 10 from the Ravens 16 Wide out screen gains only 3 3rd and 7 Major pressure, no where to go, Jones and Madds with the sack, loss of 11 Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13 Author Posted October 13 2 minutes ago, papasmurfbell said: Lamar does not throw to spots. He throws to open guys. Andrews was wide open between the backers and corner, they were in a zone, corner behind him. The proper route is to stay outside in that coverage. Had Andrews moved out, easy catch. Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13 Author Posted October 13 Kick off is to the 3, Chen returns it to the 30 Shotgun, Henry up the middle for 5 Naked boot, no one open, Lamar reluctantly runs for 4 3rd and 1 Lamar keeps off right end for a gain of 10 Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13 Author Posted October 13 Flowers on a jet sweep for 12 Henry up the middle for 4 2nd and 6, 6 mins left in the first quarter Quick out to Flowers for 8 Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13 Author Posted October 13 From the 26 of the Comandos, Henry around left end for 3 Lamar with all day, scrambles a bit, fires to Likely, incomplete 3rd and 7 Blitz Fumble, recovered by Lindy, bad snap by him too.. Tucker time from 45 is good 3-3 Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13 Author Posted October 13 Arby's has good food, but those sandwiches are just too thick, it's not wonder their prices are so high Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13 Author Posted October 13 In my food opinion, Checkers has the best fast food, taste, eat, price.. Back to football 3:45 left in the sloppy first Tucker boots it out of the endzone Quote
papasmurfbell Posted October 13 Posted October 13 That’s cool. Game simulator for the qb. How does everyone not have that already? Quote
tsylvester Posted October 13 Author Posted October 13 From their 30 Swing pass, well read, no gain Blitz forces a quick throw, well read, no gain 3rd and 10, Blitz again forces a quick throw, incomplete, great 3 & out Quote
