Another special teams blunder forces the Ravens to start at their own 25 instead of their 40.

Likely's touchdown drop is 7 pts

A series earlier, Bateman drops  an easy 1st down at the five that I am betting he out runs his defender to endzone. Instead they have to kick a field goal

That is 14 points right there..mmmm

I changed the channel after the first interception (I'm assuming there was at least one more.) They've played so uninspired all season long. It is difficult to watch.

Nope, just one.

Despite knocking several Steelers out of the game, several mostly from trying to tackle Henry.

This team, especially on offense, is missing toughness. Faalele once again proved he does not belong on an NFL roster..Ali is a tough kid, blocks well, but is not a runningback.

This team needs to get back to being down and dirty. Ray Lewis took the ball away from a strong, young, Eddie George on the fraking run. What, Jones couldn't out muscle a 42 year old quarterback before his jumped to his knees? That should have made it easier!

They got pressure but no sacks, even with Pit starting with a 3rd string left tackle and having to go with his replacement who was just called up from the practice squad and never played in the NFL!

Smith played well but one play speaks volumes. Pit ran a swing pass to the edge with blocking.. he faked a blitz and instead of running to the runningback before the ball was thrown, he read it right, he ran to the front of the blocking. 🫣

Now the play was called off because the Ravens called a timeout. But still.

This is coaching and just more proof, Orr is a terrible D coordinator. All of the missed tackles, the Ravens must lead the league allowing  a flare pass to the flat that is read properly, to go for 6 yards when you have him stopped for a loss or no gain!

Fans are blamming the refs, guess what? When you fail to be tough, you stick the ball out away from the defender, which causes you to lose control.

You try to rush quickly to catch the ball and get into yak, resulting in a dropped pass; Zay, Bateman

Extending Andrews, who cant run any more, cant even get open in zone, another huge mistake.

D Hop, why did they sign him? 1 target, thrown so far out of bounds not even he could keep his feet in.

Lamar missing so much practice that he cant read a defense? You miss slants that are WIDE OPEN right away and start dancing around, when there is a lane right in front of you to take off! Even Romo was shocked.

Papa is right, this team needs to be gutted and it starts with Harbs, Orr, the offensive line coach, and a lot of those free agent players. Many on special teams who played horrible this year. Why? Special teams coach

Mahomes, 42% completion, 0 tds 3 picks, one was not his fault. The hall of fame tight end Travis Swift, cobbled a perfect pass that was caught by a Texan. He had 2 of 5 drops, all of which were on 4th or 3rd down that would have been a 1st down. 1 would have been a long touchdown.

Yes, misery loves company. Cheifs are 6-7, need to win out, and need several teams to lose multiple games.

The Ravens just need to win out: still

Ravens had 420 yards of total offense, including 217 on the ground. Every other year they win that game.

Steelers had 318, 34 on the ground. Ravens had almost 10 more minutes in time of possession, only 1 turnover.

This year, this team has had trouble winning game in the regular season after turning the ball over. Add in the penalties at most inopportune times, 1 leading to taking a field goal off the board and Steelers getting a touchdown.

Of all the bad calls in this, excuse me, the perceived bad calls, this one truly was the wrong call. Travis Jones did nothing wrong, it was legal, incidental contact with the long snapper. That was a huge call.

Then there was the holding on the last punt return that took the ball from their own 40, to their 26. Big difference in starting a game winning drive. Not that it would have been any different, the Ravens 2 min drill was horrible..

But this team, this year, played the regular season like it does in the playoffs. They best them selves with penalties and turnovers.

Travis Swift. lol.

The Ravens have played lackadaisically all season long. There is no point to them making the playoffs. They aren't going anywhere. The only upside is that I don't feel like we're wasting a historically-built defense like we did in the early 2000s.

This team is lacking in talented trench players.

It has also reached ineptitude in the coaching and GM departments.

But will Bisciotti really change anything at the end of the season?

I don't know.

Oh and one last thing: the psyche of this team is badly damaged. They're so demoralized that they may well go winless the rest of this year.

This is what I said at 1-5.   We should have been sellers at the deadline.
