I have no issue with changing one's mind, however, I highly doubt that the "better offers" came at the last minute, not once, not twice, but 3 different seasons. Nope

Pinter, the center who has been taking most of the reps this camp, was carted off the field for an injury during the Ravens-Vikings practice. No word yet on what the injury is.

It was his knee. The Chargers also lost their  center to a torn acl

That's real shame as he getting most of the reps. A loss for him personally and the team for sure.

Time for Pocic and the other guy to step up. Maybe an opportunity for Bullock who has been playing guard as well.

Minter said Tuesday that Gwyn played well against the Eagles, and he scored the second-highest Pro Football Focus grade of any Ravens offensive player. The next two weeks will be key in deciding on the center competition.

On the next play after Pinter went down, Gwyn helped open up a huge hole in the middle of the Vikings defense and tossed Vikings rookie defensive tackle Domonique Orange to the turf.

Some good stuff, some not so good. O-line a work in progress. Lane looks good again. D can give pressure but just misses on 'sacks'.

Yeah, the individual drills, for me are the key. The 11 on 11, while "important", it is still practice and this early, offenses are usually behind. Especially with a new line and and new coaches. 

Sounds like the secondary is really playing well, should have had a few interceptions in the 11 on 11 segments.

Look for Bullock to resume some reps at C and even play some this Saturday.

At this point, though, I think Gwynn has the inside track depending on how he plays in the game.

Well, to be fair, sometimes they have to wait for the initial swelling to go down before they can get a clear xray or mri picture for the extent of an injury.

More it’s when they can look and just know that they come out fast.  The mri and tests usually confirm what they suspect.

Yep, pretty easy to diagnose a torn up knee, even a broken ankle, but there is always those who cant handle or describe pain well...mm

Well, based on the latest news on Bate losing his cool down in GA, I'm sure there will be a few games someone will have to fill in for him..

Grub, I am sold on Nano, he has a nice smooth release, easy to catch, accurate, in the right spots to aid in run after catch and take smaller hits. Throws well on the run, keeping his eyes down field. Not very good back peddling and throwing, but then few are. Good arm to make all of the throws.

 

As I said early though, I doubt that he moves ahead of Snoop.

Dont like sweeps at the goal line, very conducive to holding penalties

This defense is stacked wifh Dawgs, especially in the 2ndary, wow. Nice to see Eckley rebound punting, 55 yard average, good hang time. Loop solid on a 49 yarder.

This starting line has to get it together, still not consistent in pass nor run blocking.

I would like to see Fagnano become #2. He's got all the accuracy and poise you need in a QB and while he's not as mobile as Tyler, he's nowhere near a statue. It may be time to move on from Huntley. 

As for the defense, no worries there. They are playing like a shutdown D. I too would like to see the offensive line get their act together. Maybe they will when all the number one's are playing. I did notice that they seemed to play better as a unit when Pocic came in and when Fagnano played. But there's also no doubt that Minnesota's defense is special.

Maybe the offense will look better the more they play together with the number one's in there.

Eckley and Loop played flawlessly in this game.
