DPOW!

By Jamison Hensley

Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs was named AFC Defensive Player of the Week -- again.

Suggs won the honor this time after he dominated the Indianapolis Colts, recording three sacks, two tackles for losses and three forced fumbles. This is becoming a habit for Suggs, who received the award three times this season and twice in the past three weeks.

A four-time Pro Bowl selection, Suggs has 13 sacks this season (which is a personal best) and forced six fumbles.

A Ravens defensive player has been named AFC Defensive Player of the Week five times in the first 15 weeks of the season.

This is his best season ever. He's matured and turned up the heat while Ray is out. He's having a Ray Lewis type year and you can see it rubbing off on everybody around him.

We're seeing some consistently out of Sizzle when it comes to rushing the passer. He's always been dominant against the run and in read-and-react situations, but now he is rounding into a DMVP candidate.

Another note - Pagano seems to be the perfect DC for him. Personality and scheme-wise it's like they were made to work together and bring out the best in each other. Like Bellichek & Brady (or Marvin and Ray)
