2nd round picks are valuable but so are CB's who can get the job done and Williams did that.

It depends if you think he can repeat what he did. Some feel it could be a one yr wonder. We have seen that before. So he gets taken and fails with another team and the Ravens get a 2nd round for free.

Rob Long would be one person. Look at Eddie Royal. he never lived up to that rookie yr. It is risk reward. I think a 2nd round pick for him would be a steal.

In Eddie Royal's case his QB got traded, and the offense changed completely. Williams, on the other hand, will have an other year in the same system (different DC) and pretty much same team. It's He, webb and smith at CB and the exact same safties with Reed and Pollard. He should have a better year. He actually gets an off season this year.
