OutsideRzAcE Posted March 13, 2012 Posted March 13, 2012 Let's hope no-one decides to offer these guys contracts. Especially Webb.
vmax Posted March 13, 2012 Posted March 13, 2012 Don't want to lose Webb but he is proven and worth a first round pick. We'll have to sweat this one out. Quietly Williams had a good year didn't he? Now, can he do it again?
papasmurfbell Posted March 13, 2012 Posted March 13, 2012 Best case senario would be someone signing Williams.
vmax Posted March 13, 2012 Posted March 13, 2012 Best case senario would be someone signing Williams. Why...he'd be a great back up. Great insurance.2nd round picks are valuable but so are CB's who can get the job done and Williams did that.
papasmurfbell Posted March 13, 2012 Posted March 13, 2012 It depends if you think he can repeat what he did. Some feel it could be a one yr wonder. We have seen that before. So he gets taken and fails with another team and the Ravens get a 2nd round for free.

papasmurfbell Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Rob Long would be one person. Look at Eddie Royal. he never lived up to that rookie yr. It is risk reward. I think a 2nd round pick for him would be a steal.
reddog271 Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 In Eddie Royal's case his QB got traded, and the offense changed completely. Williams, on the other hand, will have an other year in the same system (different DC) and pretty much same team. It's He, webb and smith at CB and the exact same safties with Reed and Pollard. He should have a better year. He actually gets an off season this year.
