deeshopper Posted June 28, 2012 Posted June 28, 2012 Each July, Baltimore Ravens fans everywhere would flock to McDaniel College in Westminster, MD to get their first look at the new Ravens team. That tradition died in 2011 with the lockout, and was buried later that year when the Ravens announced that training camp would be permanently moved to Owings Mills. While the Ravens have closed their doors to the fans, ExtremeRavens is opening theirs, creating Ravens Training Camp Web.0. This virtual gathering will feature news from camp throughout the day, and most importantly the football camaraderie fans have come to expect from the annual trek to Westminster. Let's remind the Ravens what open camp meant to the fans. RSVP at https://www.facebook.com/events/445969925426731/ and login to this message board for the party. Quote
vmax Posted June 29, 2012 Posted June 29, 2012 Great idea. Camp is a month away so the week before is a good time to get set up to participate in this. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted June 29, 2012 Posted June 29, 2012 There is a way to sneak a look at camp. There is this street that overlooks the castle. http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.,cf.osb&biw=1024&bih=618&noj=1&safe=strict&q=1+winning+drive+owings+mills+md&um=1&ie=UTF-8&hq=&hnear=0x89c83d549cc7547f:0xff99fc2a513ab07,1+Winning+Dr,+Owings+Mills,+MD+21117&gl=us&sa=X&ei=n63tT7C8O6bu0gGT8MnpDQ&ved=0CA4Q8gEwAQ&oi=local_group&ct=image Quote
