Big Ben was seen today with no sling on decastro has been taken off the if Brown and troy are comonig along quickly as well. I'm telling you when this team gets healthy they are going to be tough to beat.

We are coming into Baltimore loaded. It looks like everybody will be back exceptfor Castro though he is now off or and practicing. Also Burgess looked really good in his first practice yesterday.

That what most of the reports I'm reading are saying. They said once the swelling went down the rib wasn't as bad as first thought. There is still a chance he misses it but I think he will be under center.

SI's Peter King wrote Monday that "anyone forecasting a week for him to return is guessing." Dr. Clark Fuller, the director of Thoracic Surgery at St. John's Health Center in Santa Monica, Calif., told King that a premature return would put Big Ben at risk of nerve damage along with previously reported threats to the aorta.

"This is not about being a tough guy," said Fuller, who added that a quarterback's typical throwing motion might prevent a rib injury from healing. "Playing football with a dislocated first rib would put you at severe risk. There are many things to be concerned about, including destroying the nerves in the arm."

Fuller hasn't inspected Roethlisberger's injury but estimated the quarterback would miss a minimum of four weeks and hoped the Steelers wouldn't push him back too soon -- Ravensor not.

Aging lbers on the number ONE defense in the league. The Steelers have been "old" since 2002. Also Timmons and Woodley are 27 and 28 that's not old at all.

There is nobody Ben fears in the NFL. With ben and brown back the offense will be rolling once again. Our two biggest weapons have been missing and it will be great to get them back.

And you better worry about the Steelers defense because field goals aren't going to win it this week. You better hope flacco can go over 200 and rice better average more then 2 yards a carry. Lebeau has figured out the ravens offense now and it showed last game. Take smith away deep and take away the out pattern and focuson rice and the ravens don't have anybody else that can beat you.

Yes and the Steelers defense can shut down anybody now that it is healthy and Harrison is finally getting into game shape after all the injuries. If you think you are going from 200 yards of total offense and two field goals to 38 points you are crazy.

Ok you went for 400 against SD away and 200 against the Steelers away. The Steelers defense is light years better then the chargers defense plus like I said Lebeau has figured your offense out.

Also troy is playing brown is playing and I'm pretty sure Ben is playing since his arm and shoulder have responded well to him throwing the past two days.

Wow the Steelers opine could look crazy this week. Starks will stay put if colon can't go pouncey will slide to guard legursky will play center decastro will be at guard and foster will be at tackle. Legursky is a better center then a guard but it looks like colon is going to play so pouncey will probably be at center. I'm not sure they should rush decastro back but verything I'm reading he is looking good.
