vmax Posted February 7, 2013 Posted February 7, 2013 It wouldn't be one tenth the nightmare of going back and forth from the Meadowlands.Everything would be right at the beautiful Inner Harbor in walking distance to everything. Why shouldn't Baltimore be allowed to empty all those visitors wallets like these other cities? papasmurfbell Posted February 7, 2013 Author Posted February 7, 2013 Exactly. We have more than enough infastructure to deal with it. Quote
cravnravn Posted February 7, 2013 Posted February 7, 2013 (edited) Because, who wants to sit out there in 28 degree weather? at 1500 a pop cheap seats.. Joe was absolutely correct saying it was retarded for having next years SB in NJ..Super Bowl is a time to get excited, to party..Its a week long celebration of festivities and partys. Ill be damed if I'd want to party in 20+ degree weather with a chance of snow, freezing rain and whatever mother nature wants to throw your way that time of the year. NFL is really rolling the dice having it in NJ, they have a 2 in 32 chance that a NJ team will represent, and if a NY team gets in the ticket prices will escalate to ridiculous amounts. Im for warm weather or domed stadiums for the Big Game, The Orange Bowl just approved a 100 mil dollar renovation to that stadium, so Im looking forward to a SB in Orlando in the near future. papasmurfbell Posted February 7, 2013 Author Posted February 7, 2013 Hey when the tax payers pony up for these stadiums we need some more return on investment. Quote
