No, Kiper says he cant make all the throws, that aint going to cut it in the NFL..Dosent have zip on the out(sounds like pick 6)

It's certainly not a good sign because you have to stretch defenses to the sideline as well as deep.

The only guy I can think of that made it work was Pennington. He took some big hits though because the defense would blitz him to death.

He has a stronger arm than Aaron Rodgers did coming out of Cal. Watch the bowl game against Oregon - he can fling it just fine.
