  1. Hmph, it was my understanding that if ir before the season they would be out for the season. If after the season starts then they can come off.. As for Huntley, it is a hamstring, they can be tricky
  2. I believe after the first game of the season
  3. A little levity from the team dinner.. https://www.baltimorebeatdown.com/2023/8/31/23853781/zay-flowers-trenton-simpson-rap-at-ravens-team-dinner
  4. Yeah, he just couldn't adjust to the NFL game fast enough. Maybe a change of scenery will help him..... he still could end of back here, if he can't stay on the Hawks 53
  5. Per BR, the ps as it stands now QB Anthony Brown; RB Owen Wright; FB/TE Ben Mason; WRs Sean Ryan, Laquon Treadwell; TE Travis Vokolek; OL Tashawn Manning, TyKeem Doss; DL Rayshad Nichols; OLB Jeremiah Moon; ILB Josh Ross; DB Jeremy Lucien
  6. Mekari is going to be the Leatherman of lineman I guess. Urban, a human field goal blocker, I was a bit surprised there, keeping only 2 qbs, granted one will be added to the ps squad. Ross got released, I hope he lands on the ps squad, he proved last year, prior to injury, that he can play.
  7. Proche gone as well, Treadwell to the ps squad
  8. Well, Gordon let go...
  9. Cuts so far https://www.si.com/nfl/ravens/news/baltimore-ravens-training-camp-roster-cuts-tracker
  10. Yep, Tuesday is cut down day, so it should be fun, get the pizza ready
  11. I think Huntley sitting was more to do with getting a better look at JJ and Brown to settle who would be #3. Yeah, no big deal on the defense, aside from the lack of containment on either end. The secondary is going to look very different come opening day. Mitchell I know was nursing a shoulder, plus they likely didn't want to expose him too much more to the league to dry and pass him through waivers, stash him on the practice squad. I would be shocked if they kept him on the active roster over Gordon or that they will keep 5 runningbacks. He showed decent skills in the 2 fake games against second and third stringers, plus what he has done in practice, but he was not asked to pick up a blitz either... I still have not found much info on Josh Ross, lis franc last year, how he has recovered. If he is healthy, he was clearly much better than anyone at inside backer not named Agent 0 or his side kick Queen.
  12. Eek, far too easy, no fight in this defense, 12 plays, 94 yards, touchdown, wide open...
  13. When you lunge for a pass and miss, big gain
  14. Ouch, wide open, thankfully it was over thrown
  15. Zowie, had him stopped with no gain, he gets pushed for 6
  16. Boy Cleveland just whiffed on his block, again, me thinks he is on the hot seat
  17. You have to hold your man up when you are on the outside, make the runner turn back inside... tie game, Kelly and Stone miscommunication
  18. Man O man, holding the edge is still a major concern
  19. JJ makes it look easy, 80 yards quickly, culminating with a nice td pass to Treadwell. He has looked very comfortable in this offense, I think he will be #3. Nice touch pass to Proche, and while Proche made the catch, he caught it with his body, this is the NFL son, catch it with your hands.
  20. I think if Wallace has a clean game fielding punts, he will get the spot over Duv
  21. Of all the asinine ideas, a Saturday game following a Monday night game; yes one day makes a huge difference. Build on what has been started, if you have a hang nail, stay out of the game. Field 10 on defense is needed to protect the 2ndary...
  22. More good news, skip the blah blah blah to get to this;
  23. This year & the next we will see if Eric has found success or failure in his past few drafts...
  24. A pretty nice read. Can't say I don't agree https://www.pff.com/news/nfl-5-thoughts-ravens-preseason-defeat-commanders-zay-flowers-left-guard-battle The Zay Show: Flowers ran just four routes in the game but forced two missed tackles and found the end zone, displaying an uncanny shiftiness. • Has the left guard battle come to an end? Late-round pick Malaesala Aumavae-Laulu appears to be a developmental prospect at this point, whereas John Simpson has looked solid. • What to make of David Ojabo: A lone quarterback pressure across 21 pass-rushing snaps is all Ojabo has to show for himself this preseason.
  25. They didn't run too many packages, stunts, twists, so it wad pretty vanilla from the defensive line perspective. Sacks will, hopefully, come....
