  1. Nice, from a football fan point of view. Some hall of fame to be qbs come to town. Not gonna be an easy road from this year's point of view.. https://ravenswire.usatoday.com/gallery/baltimore-ravens-2021-schedule-opponents/amp/ Home Kansas City Chiefs – Indianapolis Colts Los Angeles Chargers – Green Bay Packers – Minnesota Vikings- Cincinnati Bengals- Pittsburgh Steelers – Cleveland Browns- Away Las Vegas Raiders- Pittsburgh Steelers – Cleveland Browns- Cincinnati Bengals- Denver Broncos – Chicago Bears – Detroit Lions – Miami Dolphins –
  2. Texans have a great pasing game, that is the key.
  3. I have no idea which team will come out victorious, will the Ravens try to outsmart themselves? Will they put too much pressure on themselves? Or will they just relax & play, have fun, take each play as it comes? We shall see if the expected journey starts now..
  4. Oh for sure they need a pass rusher, I just don't think there is one in the draft worth that pick in the first. They have shown that they caan find diamonds in the rough on defense, even edge rushers.
  5. Turn the sound down, Espn has the horrible crew working the game
  6. Dominate when the teams are bad is great but it leaves a lot in question. The pass rush is still a big question mark, the passing game is as well. Yes, they should have beaten the Steelers twice, Titans once; all three games they dominated running, stopping the run for most of those games; but they lost all three. The defense tired out at the end, turnovers, penalties. Frankly, I am ecstatic about 11 wins, it has been a frustrating yet exciting season. Will they go down to Tennessee with a big club, kick the door in & yell; "where are the sumbitches!" Take the fight out of em as we know they can? Win with discipline, win while having fun? I dunno, I know this has been a strange season, shoot a 5-10 team still had a shot at the playoffs until the last week! What ever happens I am content, I know this team has holes, time to fill them, but a nucleus to build around.
  7. The injury to Dickerson, center Bama, may have him fall to the Ravens in the mid to late round one. He would be a great addition to this line; really smart, extremely strong, I know Castillo has played well in spots this year, but Dickerson would be a nice pick up
  8. Great question, pro days I am sure will happen, they can quarantine, then get together. Combine, maybe, with a bubble, a lot depends on the vaccine
  9. Yeah, they used to draft quantity, now they really need to draft quality, even if they only get 3 players from this draft. I know the cap is going to be tight, but to land a Pitts, or a D Smith from Bama who has really improved his hamds over the past two years. Rousseau from Miami is interesting, big, quick, but a one year wonder, makes a lot of plays because of his size, athleticism, rather than strength & talent for the next level. But he could be taught, and if he works at it, he could be the pass rusher this team has needed since Suggs..
  10. So do the Ravens go for a big shot say at tight end out of Florida in the first round, or maybe a real pass rusher? Do they sit back, see who drops? There are a number of really good wideouts coming in this draft, but given the teams inability to draft them, should they give up? Do they trade back, build up picks for 2022?
  11. It should be interesting to see what they do about the next draft. If college ball is indeed cancelled for this year, even if they some how stupidly play in the spring, what happens to the draft? Players may rise based on last year's play, while many will fall because they lacked the chance to gain the experience, thus improve their play not having another season to showcase....
  12. A report just came out stating that 21 of the 22 horses killed as a result of injury sustained at the track had pre-existing conditions known to the equestrians though they "did not grasp the significance of major pre-existing lessions". Then they should be fired, really, they didn't think a bone lesssion would lead to a break? Give me a freaking break.... https://www.pasadenastarnews.com/2020/03/10/no-illegal-medications-found-in-states-investigation-into-horse-deaths-at-santa-anita/
  13. 2 more horses have died this week, at the Del-Mar track, 4 since Nov 6th. Now were I a conspiracy nut, I would say this was purposely a done to detract from that horrible Santa Rosa track. As I said in my other post, Del -Mar is suppose to be the safest track....hmmm
  14. I heard their vet the other day try to proclaim the track safe because the rate of the horses being put down at the track had gone down.... And the reporter let her get away with that crap. No wonder they will not close that track... Sickening On a side note, 2 horses were put down here at a track this weekend, considered the safest in the nation.
  15. I was just reading about it & about to post.
  16. Thanks crav, I've read a ton about that track and no one has brought this up. It makes perfect sense; the owners should pay through the nose or be forced to sell the track. Why this isn't getting more press is astounding, sad and maddening.
  17. When is enough enough? Crav, this is your wheel house, the "experts" claim to have no clue as to the injuries; but clearly this track needs to be shut down.. 34 horses in less than a year https://ktla.com/2019/10/19/santa-anita-park-in-arcadia-sees-34th-horse-death-since-late-december/
