  1. Well I'll take your word for it. All I saw of the game was the first quarter, a bit of the 2nd and then the high lights this morning. But looking at the stats, less than 4 yards per carry for all the backs, more stupid trick plays, penalties, another stupid move by Harbs going for 2. Same ole same ole.... I will give the defense credit, holding the Bengals to two field goals in the 2nd half and even keeping Green in check, yards wise. The 3 scores was just horrible coverage, or terrible tackling. I imagine the fans are calling for the rook already.....
  2. Where was Joe looking? Was he running for his life, AGAIN? This offensive line might be worse than ever. They can't run block, they can't pass block; NONE OF THEM. Stanley gets pushed back into Joe on almost every pass play. Yanda is not as strong as he was, he too gets no push. Don't get me started on Lewis and Skurah, both can barely push a baby carriage. Hurst is a back up at best, and his replacement is even worse. No push, no consistent running lanes, Joe has little to no time in the pocket to go through his reads. I like Boyle as a player, but he now has 3 false start penalties in 2 games. Sit him down, this offense can't afford penal9.
  3. Nope, sleep is more important to me, I get up early.
  4. A defensive line that can't stop a run, an offensive line that can't block, oh and an I told you so, team will cue on the gimmick qb and cost this team....
  5. Well I made it through the first quarter, same old Ravens, penalties, wide outs who can't beat man coverage, a secondary that can't cover man to man.... Good night...
  6. Speaks loud & clear when you look at the Pats and their roster moves trying to find receivers, 20 something players... And they are still looking.
  7. Short week coming off a blow out win, in Cinci where as you said, they rarely play well... This could be real ugly... Thankfully, I will be asleep.
  8. He was 15 of 40, they may have dropped a few, certainly not 25 of them. Lol
  9. Ah gotcha, sorry for the miscommunication papa.
  10. How do you know he can catch? They have receivers paid to do that, why take the chance of turning the game around or injuring him? He is a back up quarterback, leave him on the bench.
  11. Yeah, they have had a good defense for a few years now. The problem has always been no offense and a lack of discipline. Niw they have the weapons on offense, they just need a good qb, enter Mayfield. I agree, one more game like that and the rook has to be put in, for both the Bills & Browns.
  12. Taylor was not much better, keeping him would just keep the questions gping about who should start him or the rook. I think there is no question now...
  13. I know papa, but using him on jet sweeps, direct snaps are all stupid, they are not ways to help him learn, and defenses know to keep their secondaries back to cover wide outs when he is on the field to save for passes out od those plays. As we saw with the Bills, lost yardage or no yard gains...
  14. Yes in a blow out, not during the first quarter...
  15. Oh sure did Grub, I enjoyed it greatly. But I also saw that the defense was playing against Nathan freaking Peterman, he better stick to clothes making.... And there was no running game, again, when the game mattered. Redzone offense was great, the play selection, route combos etc. First game, they did not show everything, but a healthy Joe amd receivers running good routes was nice to see.
  16. No, it is what college teams do, it never works in the NFL, it messes up the rythem of an offense, can even end drives that could be a turning point in a game. It is foolish.
  17. It was one game.
  18. Coaching gets and F for going for 2 when you are already up so big. Also, penalties were an issue and the stupid force of the trick plays, the CONTINUED inability to run a screen play! Oh and Mike, stop eating so many donuts, the run game was terrible, inconsistent, if they had to run the clock out if the game was close, trouble and they certainly could not "run any where they wanted". Yes, Joe had some time, but he was also rushed and forced from the pocket too often. The line gets a B minus at best. Special teams should get an A, when it mattered, they were great.... Secondary, B, a decent qb makes some big plays, there were several times receivers were open, wide open. But a win is a win.
  19. A win is a win, I hope they remember that Thursday and do not get too hi because of this score. Lots of work to do.... Running game, running game, where art thou running game...
  20. Well, at least try to run the ball, they have not shown that they can run the ball, consistently, in a few years....
  21. Brown clearly is not ready, experience has nothing to do with it, it is the lesser of two evils.
  22. Bring your rain coat, gonna be soggy...
  23. Hopefully he will recover. Oh yes and that Tucker gets over his yips...
  24. Bears extend Mack, 6 years $141 mil, $90 mil guarenteed. Wow.....
