I honestly don't see this as a rebuilding team. If Pitta didn't get hurt this is a playoff team and all the hopla is gone. Defense needs tweaking up the middle, offense needs another WR and TE and this team as it was could take the division.

I think the Boldin bridge has been burnt. I'd like to see him here but the $$$ wont add up. We'll get a draftee this year for a fraction of the cost Boldin will command.

I wouldn't call Shipley a journeyman. He only started mid season for the colts, and that was his only starting experience. I just meant a middle of the pack starter would be a clear upgrade over Gino. No more undersized players, even if it fits better into Juan's shitty finesse system.

I guess that depends on Suggs. I doubt Oz will overpay on a WR. They didn't go after Vincent Jackson, or Wallace before since teams overpay for WR's. My guess is they'll look at the draft and maybe bring in a role player similar to Stokely. Not to mention they still have project players in Mallette and Thompson (who disappointed me last year)

I'm hoping its personnel not scheme. A healthy Pitta/RR, new center and RT, a psychical slot receiver, and a good 2nd TE to compliment PItta should help the offence

Joe held onto the ball way too much last year, but yes he did do well with the hurry up. I don't think they could do that too much last year. My guess wasTorrey was doubled, Pitta was out, and Jones/Doss/Clark/Dickson couldn't get open to save their lives.

I'd rather spend the money on Alex Mack (if Cle lets him go). A 28y/o Center in his prime.

Noooo way is Kyle Shanahan worth getting. My problem with Kubiak is he runs West Coast. It doesn't mesh with the vertical offense Joe likes. Maybe getting the ball out quicker will help Joe from getting sacked. That all being said I think he's the best choice at this point.

I'd say Bal is more desirable over Min..... maybe just a homer talking, but the offense fits Norv and is a far more stable team... not to mention a chance to play the Browns twice.
