It looks like it is a done deal. I think the Big 12 is done and will fully break up. PAC, the big 10, and the ACC will look to grab the best of the rest moving to 16. Do those 4 conferences look to extricate themselves from the NCAA? Who goes where for the rest of the schools? My guess is OKST Texas Tech head out to the PAC. The Big 10 will pull Kansas and TCU. TCU gets them the Dallas market for the Big 10 network and Kansas gets them an iconic bball program. Looking at the map I am not sure the acc would take any of them. Maybe they raid the AAC. ECU, USF, UCF, Memphis, and Cincinnati all might be nice prizes for them. Maybe the AAC can pick up the rest. That would be a 12 team just shy of a major conference entity.
