  1. Did he do anything the other 2 weeks? I just dont remember him.
  2. Thoughts on Cain? he has missed so much time. The last catch was OK but I am not seeing much so far. Would he slide through waivers?
  3. Reaaly? I just got home. That sucks. Hill might make this team afterall. He has value. I want draft capital for him.
  4. If he wanted Lamar so bad why didn't he move to him earlier? Also they reupped Joe and I never once saw harbs say a word against that. And I want some proof that harbs wanted Lamar so bad. After the fact he did his usual pimping of a pick. If harbs can move on and chose to make a different move why did he not have duvand proche get on the field last yr. The receiving corps was struggling and He had some new ammo but he did nothing to demand them getting pt. He gets good coaches? Castillo and Can? Really? His best offense and of was kubes who he didn't want. If half the team in the league would want him so bad we should trade him like chucky. I will take a cou0ke first rounders for him. I don't mind a running qb. I just want him to be a competent passer. Mahomes can run. So can allen. Same with Russell. But what they can all do very well is throw the damned ball when they.have to. I sighed in relief when Lamar stepped on the field bc Joe would not be on the field anymore. If not for that injury Joe would have finished out that season the team would have had a bad record and harbs would have been fired. I actually remember how it was a done deal harbs was done that yr with Joe. The wheels were coming off the team and finally harbs was going to be shown for the loser he is. Sure there is a scoreboard. But who cares what happens during ps. If a guy runs for 200 yds there but can't perform later whenit really counts it means nothing. The Lombardi trophy is not awarded in August.
  5. If Eric can I love it. If he can be stashed one more yr for a biddi ng war in 22 that better.
  6. I most defiantly put Joe being a paycheck player on Ozzie. I do not give Ozzie the credit so many do. That said in 2018 harbs would have ridden a sinking ship to the bottom of the ocean with Joe. Ppl were begging for harbs to bench Joe and even here but he wouldn't. It took Lamar being thrust upon him to make the correct move. Add in the call to fire cam and several other situations over the yrs and it shows harbs has no feel for the team.
  7. How were those playoffs in 15-17? Then in oct of 2018 24-23 Saints, 36-21 Panthers, and 23-16 Steelers. The wheels were coming off but Harbs made no changes that were not thrust on him. He was just playing the cards dealt to him and didnt try to get any new ones. He is not really a very good coach. He really has no feel for a team. He just plays what is in his lap.
  8. 1960 in the championship. Champions in 61 and 62. 2015 was 5-11. 2016 was 8-8. 2017 was 9-7. 2018 was 10-6 but we must remember that Harbs was probably fired bc that season was headed down the toilet until Joe got hurt and out of the way. 2019 14-2 and finally 2020 11-5. I have seen no SB appearances out of the Ravens during this time. I have seem almost firings. So pls explain what the big deal is about this record.
  9. I need to check it out.
  10. Great. Some of the millions of green jobs are about to start.
  11. I just threw it up in another thread before opening this one.
  12. I am just talking about this preseason game now.
  13. Its great news.
  14. Ywah I thought they would be around 90 wins. I should have ignored 2020.
  15. They are down to just 2 QBs now. Unless Huntley plays every down Lamar has to play some.
  16. Then implement a cap and a floor on salaries. If not keep your yap shut.
  17. Again the issue is the chemistry with him and LJ That is built in August and before. I hope the two of them stick around after practice once or twice week for a few weeks to just throw. Dont have any of the coaches there to keep the NFLPA calm.
  18. If its the instgram workout he is a long way off.
  19. I was thinking it had always been easy for him and he never had to work hard. But being cut and everyone talking about how his career is probably over knocked some sense into him and he is willing to work hard.
  20. I figure May or June.
  21. I did acknowledge that. I didnt even think he had that in him. In dc he couldnt even be responsible to not be stupid.
  22. I have not fully changed my mind. He just made a showing I didnt expect was there. He has to keep running with it.
  23. After last yr I thought he was a washout. He was playing mostly the 3s last night but he looked very competent. I was expecting Pitt not to have an heir to Ben. So far after last night I am having 2nd thoughts.
  24. From wait florio. Orioles #1 prospect Adley Rutschmann (MLB'S #1 prospect for that matter) has played a combination of carcher, first base, and DH this season. Catcher is the most important position on a baseball team because the catcher not only hits but is responsible for managing the entire pitching staff on the field. Here is how the teams Rutschmann has played for this year (Bowie and Norfolk) have had their pitching perform in games Rutschmann catches vs games he has not caught. This post gives the team game # and stats of starting pitcher in that game as well as final score of the game May Rutschmann catcher #1 DL Hall 4.1 IP 0 ER 2 hits 2 bb's 10 K's (Bowie won 2-1) #3 gives up 4.2 runs per game Starters pitched 222.2 innings (4.1 innings per start average) Starters gave up 94 earned runs (3.80 ERA) Starters gave up 185 hits (7.4 hits per 9 innings pitched) Starters gave up 86 walks (3.5 walks per 9 innings pitched) Starters have a 1.22 WHIP Starters have 294 strikeouts (11.9 strikeouts per 9 innings pitched) Games Rutschmann does not catch 16-14 (.533 winning %) Team gives up 5.1 runs per game Starters pitched 131.2 Innings (4.2 innings per start average) Starters gave up 46 earned runs (3.14 ERA) Starters gave up 108 hits (7.4 hits per 9 innings pitched) Starters gave up 52 walks (3.6 walks per 9 innings pitched) Starters have 1.22 WHIP Starters have 154 strikeouts (10.5 strikeouts per 9 innings pitched) Starters have pretty similar stats in hits, walks, and WHIP in games Rutschmann starts vs games he does not. Starters strike out an extra batter and a half in games Rutschmann starts though. Couple that with the team giving up just about a whole run more in games he does not start at catcher (despite Starters ERA being slightly lower in games he does not start) and factor in that they have a much better winning % when he does catch compared to when he does not and it shows that Rutschmann has an ability to manage the whole staff well (including bullpen arms which is super important in minor leagues with every pitcher on extreme pitch counts) and the strikeout rates show he can get pitchers calls they need on close pitches with his pitch framing to bring in the strikeouts.
