Dan Snyder has been there the whole time with various mang groups and until now with a very competent coach they have all sucked. He did have Gibbs for that short time. Another competent coach. Philthy has been much of the same for decades. One single competent person cant drag a whole franchise forward within the scouting dept.

They are down to just 2 QBs now. Unless Huntley plays every down Lamar has to play some.
