What I would do is if a replay official sees something between plays he tells them on the field what correction should be made. If the play goes off before he sees it then they can't go back. It could overrule bad calls and call stuff that was missed by the field crew. I would also take some of the useless crap out of the rule book. Also intent has to be applied to calls. If you are a defender and tackling and the WR ducks into your hit zone then that is on the offensive player.

They can take everyone on the schedule. There are no perfect teams there. At best teams that are in the 7 range in a 1-10 scale. The question is what Ravens post on any given day.
