  1. If the Ravens stay focused, cool but passionate and play their game...I'm predicting a blowout.
  2. Never thought I'd read something like this. Hmmm, now where have I read this before? ;)
  3. STFU Cravn you live in PA, you pay taxes in PA, you have no standing in this community regarding Baltimore or anything else. You left town just like the Colts.
  4. Say what you want about BB but Cameron's got one huge advantage, something Billick never had... Joe Flacco
  5. No turnovers, keep the penalties down and if we get a short field, score. In the forth a methodical pounding that consumes the clock and beats them into submission. One final note, if it ain't there Joe...don't throw it.
  6. Rice, McGahee and McClain = Kick, Morris and Csonka I'll take it. ;)
  7. Agreed! And you are right about seeing what Barnes, McClain and some of the other young guys can do.
  8. OK, gotcha! Not sure if that's actually hypocracy or just choosing what to be concerned with and what not. I suspect alot of the players are still trying to get a read on Harbaugh and Willis may either be speaking out in a way he thinks the coach would approve or truly buying into the "team" concept that Harbaugh's been preaching all year. What I think is the real hypocracy is when certain fans jump all over a player for being a selfish prima donna and not team oriented and then do a total flip and jump on a player who is putting the team first, accusing him of being lazy, lacking motivation, etc. Unfortunately, we can't go back and look at the posts made when Mason was complaining about not getting the ball enough two years ago to see where the hypocracy really lies. Certain fans on this board were demanding we get rid of him.
  9. And just what hypocrisy would that be missy?
  10. Only way that happens is if he has an unabated path to the QB. Can't shed a block to save his life.
  11. What is it with you...your time of the month or something? Take a midol I hear it helps with bloating and irritability.
  12. The best thing about the offense this year is the combination of points scored and time of possession. The defense owes a lot to the O for keeping them fresh. And then there's the 4th quarter scoring differential. Last time I looked, we were first in that key stat.
  13. Agreed, they look like a bunch of Ballerina's in those things. :o Damn, I'm up to 5 posts...on a roll baby!
  14. Personally, I think a well healed, and well rested, McGahee could be a major advantage for us in the upcoming weeks. Willis always runs hard and you'll notice they haven't been risking him against teams with less than stellar run defenses. Why expose him to injury against the Bengals when it's not necessary? As far as the rest of the article goes, it's vintage Preston.
  15. Ravens get another shot to prove they're ready for prime time "Do I care what people think outside the Maryland area? No, I really don't," wide receiver Derrick Mason said. "I don't care about anybody outside the state of Maryland. We have nothing to prove. The teams that we play understand. "If you want to put us on prime time, so be it. We're ready to play at noon, 1 o'clock, 3 o'clock. We're not looking to be the spotlight team. We're looking to go out there, work hard and play physical football. Let our play speak for itself." More...
  16. I must admit watching it on 50" Plasma with the surround sound cranked...it's like being there in a VIP box. :P
  17. So far this team is a team that capitalizes on mistakes. If the other team doesn't make mistakes, we have a hard time winning. The Bengals are the former so we should handle them but after that...we need to start winning straight up if we want to make the playoffs and go anywhere in them. The Eagles could have put a lot of points on the board against the D if they hadn't kept screwing up and that worries me down the stretch.
