  1. Jacoby Jones, Marlon Brown, & Pitta get game balls. After Pitta settled down, he was just as good as last year. He'll really help out down the stretch.
  2. Just curious...what makes you think the Steelers' organization wouldn't pay. $100,000 is a lot for a coach.
  3. Don't the teams, in these situations, actually wind up paying the fine-ee who pays the league?
  4. I think the 36-inch Purple Kool-Aid Water Main has ruptured and is spewing Kool-Aid everywhere...even in Florida.
  5. I think it's 50-50. That article is not really in any way conclusive.
  6. I much more easily see us losing the next 4 than winning them all. I'll say 1-2 wins.
  7. I like the suggestion in that article that the Steelers give us a pick!
  8. Is this crappy thread still going on???
  9. I'll believe that when I see it.
  10. KDKA station in Pittsburgh says they thought it was intentional.
  11. Cassell is better than Ponder.
  12. A real bush league move for I guy I used to respect. He's a disgrace to the game and should not only be fined but suspended and lose a draft pick.
  13. I think we need to keep things in perspective. A couple of weeks ago we were really down on the team and now I'm afraid the purple-colored glasses are out in full force. We have a very tough road ahead to make the playoffs or win the division and this team isn't exactly blowing anybody anyway. If the AFC wasn't so weak we wouldn't stand a chance.
  14. Tucker gets one and so does wildcat-less Joe.
  15. As long as you guys have Ben as a leader you'll be a force.
  16. We've got to win 2 out of 3 against Detroit (away), New England (here), and Cincy (away) while not forgetting to beat the struggling Vikings. That's a tall order for this team, this year.
  17. Great one, Money!!!
  18. I think the question is: can we afford him? He's been a valuable weapon and contributor last post-season and this season. He looks confident and executes well. I'd love to have him and Torrey around forever.
  19. We need to adopt the "play one game at a time" routine.
  20. I liked Stokeley since the season we drafted him. He was a good receiver. When he was healthy. And, if I remember correctly, that wasn't often.
  21. Tucker is just completely unbelievable!
  22. Except for Torrey the Ravens have never drafted a quality WR---in 16 years!
  23. Absolutely agree though I would like to see us draft a capable WR. I hope Pitta makes a full comeback too.
  24. I don't think Gino is an NFL caliber Center. Check this out about our offensive line: Pro Football Focus Grades It comes as little surprise that the Ravens defense had 16 of 19 players earn positive grades from Pro Football Focus (PFF) after the unit suffocated the Jets. Cornerback Corey Graham led the team with highest grade ( 4.3) after his two-interception performance, both coming in Baltimore territory. Outside linebackers Elvis Dumervil (leads NFL outside linebackers in pass-rush productivity), Terrell Suggs and defensive tackles Art Jones and Terrence Cody all finished with grades of 2.0 or higher. Receiver Jacoby Jones graded very well on offense ( 2.8) and special teams ( 1.8), and got the PFF game ball after his 66-yard touchdown catch and consistently putting the team in good field position. But it was left tackle Eugene Monroe ( 3.8) that led the offense in ratings. The rest of the offensive line didn’t fare as well, with all four starters scoring negative points. “[Center Gino] Gradkowski (-5.4 overall) was the worst of the bunch, little more than a speed bump to the Jets at times,” wrote Thomas Maney. “Likewise [right tackle Michael] Oher struggled to handle the quickness of Richardson and the New York linebackers. It also didn’t help that Marshal Yanda couldn’t follow up his 6.2 showing a week ago with a similar performance.” OFFENSE DEFENSE Name Snap Count Rating Name Snap Count Rating Eugene Monroe 66 3.8 Corey Graham 36 4.3 Jacoby Jones 39 2.8 Elvis Dumervil 41 3.9 Joe Flacco 66 1.8 Arthur Jones 33 2.6 Tyrod Taylor 12 0.9 Terrell Suggs 45 2.5 Ricky Wagner 6 0.5 Terrence Cody 21 2.0 Dallas Clark 9 0.4 Lardarius Webb 55 1.7 Brandon Stokley 9 0.2 Haloti Ngata 27 1.2 Ed Dickson 57 -0.4 Daryl Smith 57 1.2 Torrey Smith 66 -0.5 Jimmy Smith 57 0.5 Vonta Leach 12 -0.5 Arthur Brown 20 0.5 Marlon Brown 45 -0.9 Albert McClellan 2 0.5 Bernard Pierce 31 -1 Courtney Upshaw 20 0.4 Tandon Doss 8 -1.2 Matt Elam 57 0.4 Marshal Yanda 66 -1.3 Pernell McPhee 24 0.4 Ray Rice 36 -1.9 Jameel McClain 23 0.3 Michael Oher 66 -2.2 James Ihedigbo 57 0.3 A.Q. 25. I liked this so much I had to post it again. Good one Dee.
