    Buy Or Sell

The Titans still remain a strong team even though Henry is out of the picture Buy or Sell the following statement:
  2. "If you watch that football team, there is no more MVP-ish type performer than Lamar Jackson is right now," ESPN's Ryan Clark added. "They only win if he plays excellent. Not like a little good, not average, not good enough. He has to play excellent for them to win football games, and they win football games they're not supposed to because of him. That's what an MVP is."Lamar Jackson Heads Home to South Florida a Different Quarterback (baltimoreravens.com)
  3. Yea...that was Ravens football that we saw the last 2 years.
  4. Good Morning! Here's a great wake up and get a pulse video to start your day.............. Best of Wired So Far This Season (baltimoreravens.com) This seems like a great opportunity to tweak the running game by giving Lamar less carries. Bell and Freeman had "break out games" Sunday, if you want to call it that. See if they and the O line can build on it.
  5. The more that I look at the Dolphins the more I see that they are really bad. Jamison Hensley on Twitter “Ravens had two players from the 53-man roster not practicing Tuesday: RB Latavius Murray (ankle) OL Patrick Mekari (ankle) WR Sammy Watkins (hamstring) is moving around well and should be ready to play Thursday after missing the past 3 games.”
  6. Jamison Hensley • TweetShift BOT — Yesterday at 11:37 PM Ravens have a one game lead in the AFC North entering Week 10 Ravens (6-2) Steelers (5-3) Browns (5-4) Bengals (5-4) [11:43 PM] “AFC playoff picture (through Week 9) 1. Titans (7-2) 2. Ravens (6-2) 3. Chargers (5-3) 4. Bills (5-3) 5. Raiders (5-3) 6. Steelers (5-3) 7. Patriots (5-4)” Jamison Hensley • TweetShift BOT — Today at 10:17 AM Odds to win AFC North (Entering Week 10) Ravens 56.7% Browns 19.1% Steelers 15.7% Bengals 8.5% Source: ESPN's Football Power Index Jamison Hensley on Twitter “John Harbaugh on Brandon Stephens, who's expected to replace injured S DeShon Elliott: "He's going to be very prepared and he has to be." Harbaugh added that Jimmy Smith, Geno Stone and Anthony Levine will help fill the void as well "It will be a group effort," Harbaugh said.” And the Quote Of The Day: Jeff Zrebiec Jeff Zrebiec on Twitter “Lamar Jackson on quick turnaround: “I love football so it doesn’t really matter to me. I’m good. I’m ready to play, especially in South Florida.””
  7. EXCLUSIVE ER NEWS FLASH!!!!!!!!!!! Just In: The Ravens will not be flying to Miami. Instead they have opted out for this alternative mode of transportation... Ravens win probability 63.4% The Ravens will have home-field advantage. Let's get right to the stats. Team Stats Points Per Game 27.6 17.2 Points Allowed Per Game 24.4 26.9 Total Yards 442.6 315.9 Yards Passing 281.0 240.8 Yards Rushing 161.6 75.1 Yards Allowed 388.4 407.7 Pass Yards Allowed 296.6 296.7 Rush Yards Allowed 91.8 111.0 If you look at the defense of stats for both teams they are eerily similar. It shows what a fine line the Rravens have been walking because their record is 6-2 and the Dolphins record is 2-7. All offensively, the ravens have Lamar and Tucker and there's the difference. Let's cut to the chase and look at one of the deciding factors for Thursday night's game. The Dolphins O line is a sieve. They are allowing an NFL-high 234 quarterback pressures — 47 more than the second-worst unit, Oweh Alert! Houston gets his 100! Unleash the Hounds~! Thursday night could very well be a trap game. The Ravens played 89 snaps in an overtime victory, they have a very short work week and have to catch a boat to Miami, they are injured and dinged up, and might fall prey to thinking that playing the Dolphins will be like shooting fish in a barrel. (like that huh) I mean, who could fault them? This game and the upcoming Bears game are very important 'must win' games for the Ravens because they are weaker opponents and the Ravens need to get to 8-2 in order to have a little cushion going into a tough stretch of games. Fortunately the crowd will not be a factor because this is basically a home game for the Ravens. If you wish to pleasantly pass the time in jovial informed discussion on this upcoming match up, or at the least, have a discourse of words or language that have no meaning and convey no intelligible ideas then you are in the right place.

  9. Jamison Hensley on Twitter “Ravens’ estimated participation for Monday walkthrough DID NOT PRACTICE RB Latavius Murray (ankle) OL Patrick Mekari (ankle) LIMITED WR Marquise Brown (back) WR Sammy Watkins (hamstring) NT Brandon Williams (shoulder) TE Nick Boyle (knee) CB Tavon Young (knee)” Anybody know where Jimmy Smith disappeared to? He played 1 snap Sunday.
  10. Thanks. Good read. Odefeh and Queen rebounded during the game and made plays. Bateman is really good. Speed, quickness, good fast cuts and great hands. He bailed Lamar out a few times. Stephens remains raw yet he's the next man up and it's showtime. He had good coverage on Theilan and they went after him. One fine day there will be a Wallace sighting, yet he has Watkins, Brown, Bateman and Duverney in front of him.
  11. Yea varaven!!!!!!! Some fan sanity. Something very rare and special has been happening...and yes it could end (which will really please papa). perhaps the straw that broke the camels back will hit and collapse this team. Until then I will support them and if that happens I will support them. papa will puff his chest out, beat on it and say "See! Harbaugh and Lamar must go!" He will be so happy.
  12. You forget that Harbaugh was jumping up and down and in Eric's ear when Lamar came within reach. Eric has said this many times. You ignore that Harbaugh gave the green light to design the offense around Lamars skill set. This one move was totally radical and against what the NFL had been doing for decades. It was a "put your head on the chopping block" decision. It took guts and foresight. It has changed the NFL. Go ahead. Don't give him any credit. I know...he is a fool who got lucky in your world. I'm not getting into this with you. You have a closed mind and can't see the good. You have a years long agenda: Get rid of Harbaugh and Lamar. You will push this to the death.
  13. And both Andy and John has won Super Bowls which is the only thing that matters with you. Winning seasons? Consistently competitive teams who are always in the hunt??? Not important to you. You conveniently overlook the Ravens lead the league in injured player. That would cause fans to think that Harbaugh and his coaches is doing a masterful job. There is nothing mediocre about Harbaugh's record. You conveniently overlook or ignore, the fact that in 2019 Lamar had 3 pro Bowlers on his O line. Now he is severely hampered ther. You conveniently over look the fact that he had Gus and Ingram and Boyle in 2019 and JK and Gus in 2020. Not this year. It's the long in the tooth gang. You conveniently over look the massive statistical records Lamar has smashed in only 3 full years of starting. They are mind boggling. The latest?: The Ravens are 3-1 this season coming back from a double digit deficit. The rest of the NFL??? Somewhere around 8-89. who is 85% of the Ravens offense? What is their record without Lamar? Oh...he's 24 years old. Nothing lasts forever dude and you keep trying to rain on the fun and good times that Ravens fans are experiencing. We get it. Since forever, nothings been good enough for you.
  14. I know. This doesn't fit with your narrative. he has 38 career wins. Most ever by a QB in their first 4 seasons...with a lot of football left. Here's another one of your claims that you hoped would be true that are busted now : Remember the commentary and concerns about the Ravens being a team that can't come from behind? Well, this is the 3rd game this season that they have come from behind by double digits. It's safe to say that the Ravens have taken the next step and solved that.
  15. Ricard was the spark. He expects to destroy everybody and he goes out and mauls them into submission..... Patrick Ricard jump-starts Ravens offense? Patrick Ricard jump-starts Ravens offense. Of all the players to wake up a sleepy offense, few would have picked Ricard. The fullback, however, made three big catches, two for first downs, and a one-yard TD to get Baltimore within a score at halftime. Entering the fourth quarter, Ricard was tied for the team lead with 35 yards on three catches. From there, Jackson, Brown, Rashod Bateman, Mark Andrews, et al. took care of the rest.2021 NFL season, Week 9: What we learned from Sunday's games
  16. Crazy, ugly win with some great "No Quit" players....Ravens vs. Vikings final: MVP, 9 Winners and 3 Losers (msn.com) MVP: Lamar Jackson This team goes where Jackson goes, and when he throws for 266 yards and three touchdowns on 66% completion, while adding another 120 yards on the ground, you get the MVP. Jackson had some poor throws but it’s easily forgotten by his immeasurable value. No player means more to their team than Jackson for the Ravens. Jackson also tied Michael Vick’s record for most 100-yard rushing games. Reminder: he hasn’t turned 25-year-old. Winners Devonta Freeman — The veteran back was relied upon heavily today and came up big. He notched 13 carries and steamrolled for 79 yards, good for 6.1 yards per carry. They weren’t easy yards, either. Le’Veon Bell — Clutch runs and a touchdown to take a fourth-quarter lead was impressive. He kept the feet churning and gained his longest run of the day (12 yards) on a critical overtime snap. Marquise “Hollywood” Brown — No touchdown for Brown today but he made due with 116 yards on nine receptions instead. Every game, he’s displayed his growth and development into a key receiver for the Ravens. Rashod Bateman — It’s an expectation now that every Bateman reception is a first down and he did so five more times today. With 52 yards on five catches, Bateman moved the chains five times and looked good. He also nabbed a first down by drawing a defensive pass interference call. Patrick Ricard — A fullback drive for the ages, as Ricard hauled in three receptions and capped it with the third catch being a touchdown. This was an excellent display of why the Ravens still utilize fullbacks in the NFL, and not just for their blocking ability. Justin Tucker — Another game-winner from the GOAT. His second in overtime this season."
  17. Jamison Hensley (@jamisonhensley) King of clutch: Justin Tucker is now 6-for-6 on FG attempts in OT in his career (including playoffs) Every week Lamar is setting records or tying records. This week 12th career 100 yard rushing game a new NFL record that took Vick 11 years to make. for the day he runs for 120 yards on 21 carries for a 5.7ypc. He also throws 3 TD and 2 INT's....game winning TD drive..........and I feel like he was off today? 19. Don't know who to pull for today. Browns or Bengals. The Bengals seem like the biggest threat to the Ravens. They have a win over us. A loss to the Browns gives them an in division loss. I guess it's "Go Brownies." "I see Vikings...hear a wailing...a multitude of voices lamenting..."Lamar!...Lamar!!!"
  20. Jamison Hensley on Twitter “Ravens injury report vs. Vikings DOUBTFUL RB Latavius Murray (ankle) OL Patrick Mekari (ankle) QUESTIONABLE WR Rashod Bateman (groin) WR Sammy Watkins (hamstring) NT Brandon Williams (shoulder) *Bateman didn't practice Friday; Watkins and Williams were limited.”
  21. Really?!!! but...but...my eyes.... The following are the top graded offensive lines according to @PFF: @dallascowboys - 91.4 @RamsNFL - 83.9 @Buccaneers - 83.7 @Ravens - 82.4 @Patriots - 81.2
  22. Ravens are wearing purple jerseys and black pants Sunday .759 win percentage You've got to believe! But do not feed into THIS!!!!! "Head Coach John Harbaugh has vivid memories of facing Cousins and they are not pleasant. The Vikings' veteran quarterback is 2-0 against the Ravens – both wins coming while Cousins was with Washington. Harbaugh views Cousins as a dangerous quarterback despite Minnesota's recent struggles on offense.....Marlon Humphrey, Secondary Seek A Bounce Back Performance (baltimoreravens.com) And pay no attention to THIS!!!! Jonas Shaffer @jonas_shaffer The Ravens' defense has a big-play problem. Here's how many scores of 40+ yards they've allowed in recent years (via @pfref 2017: 2 2018: 1 2019: 4 2020: 2 2021: 7 (most in the NFL; runner-up has 4) And still 10 games to go.
  23. Jamison Hensley on Twitter “Ravens had seven players not practicing Thursday: RB Latavius Murray (ankle) QB Tyler Huntley (illness) OL Patrick Mekari (ankle) DT Brandon Williams (shoulder) DE Derek Wolfe (back/hip) OT Alejandro Villanueva CB Jimmy Smith” Jamison Hensley on Twitter “During the bye, the Ravens looked hard at 3rd-down efficiency, which ranks 23rd in the NFL. "We’re really diving into it." OC Greg Roman said. "I think everybody understands the importance of it. I don’t think there is any one thing you can pinpoint. We got to execute better."” Jeff Zrebiec on Twitter “Greg Roman talked about the importance of building TE Nick Boyle up gradually. It's probably an important point to remember given Boyle's long road back, which included at least two known surgeries. Ravens have 2 games in 5 days. That's a tough ask for a player like Boyle” Jeff Zrebiec on Twitter “Ravens OC Greg Roman said practice squad OT Cedric Ogbuehi has been working around the clock to pick up team's offense. Ravens currently have just six healthy OL and are especially thin at OT. They'll likely need to call up two OL from practice squad by Saturday at 4 p.m.” “We've gotta do better in two-minute drills," Zimmer said when asked about his defense. Then he pulled a card of some sort out of his pocket. "You know, we’re eighth in turnover differential, 12th in points per game, number one in sacks, fifth in third downs, 13th in first downs per game. So there’s some good things."“Yeah, we’re 10th in rush per game, eighth in pass yards per game, first in interception percentage, fourth in sacks per play, 11th in first downs per game, seventh in yards per game. So, we’ve just got to do better in the red zone." With a good, experienced quarterback, elite offensive weapons, and a defense filled with veteran mainstays and hand-picked free agents, shouldn't the Vikings be better than 3-4? The Vikings are where they currently are because of Zimmer's poor in-game management, the failures of his defense in big moments, and his outdated offensive philosophy. 24. Bless you crav! I know you were sorely tempted to say "*** I'm stupid for thinking this game is easy ***" but you didn't invoke the curse! Fortunately, only you can cast it. We dogged a Bullitt. .
