Clark, Elliott and Averet played great, Looks like they took the next step from last year. Queen too. Harrison and Hayes looked strong. The linebacking corp is now a strength. McCrary and Williams ran well while Gus got his usual 7.0 ypc. Man among boys. Huntley went 14 for 16 after starting 0-4. He looked n command. And Benji Took 2 kneel downs! Ravens basically dominated. TOP 38:43 to 21:17 Strong defensive effort. Anybody think the Panthers HC looked lost in the 2nd half? Hated the Panthers broadcast. 19 in a row!!!!

I read this.... It is that bad. ..Think about this......it's 8/19, camp is over any day now and the bulk of the Ravens starting offense has not played one snap together! There is no way we get an upgraded passing attack this season. None of the parts have practiced together. The parts are there, but they won't be installed properly. They'll have to run for the same amount as last year.

Proche keeps stacking outstanding practices. The Ravens might have the most depth at WR since the days of Jackson and Alexander....if you can remember that.... The only good news on the Oline is that Bozeman, Zeiler are back and Stanley is very close to practicing. Villanueva???? Not so good.... O line????? Roman said the starters need to get on the field now if this is going to be a cohesive unit. I think our anxiety level will subside once we see the starters on the field. Until then??? Does Kenji Bahar qualify for "The Sky is Falling?" I don't see Huntley playing all 4 quarters. I don't think Lamar will play with the patched up line. Maybe he will do 1-2 series. I don't want to knock this fine young man, yet it is the Panthers, preseason game 2......and a chance to break Lombardi's and the Packers 18 game pre season win streak and set a new record that may never be broken!!! Who did/did not practice today..... I hear Trace hurt his back lifting a box Saturday. Looks like Huntley makes it as the #2 QB. Stanley practiced, Zeitler, Ricard and Gus practiced. Players are getting healthy.

Defenses are ahead of offenses this time of year, yet it looks like the Ravens defensive coaches are cooking up a take-a-way machine. Many starters were out Saturday night. Could be an awesome year for the Ravens defense.

However....let's look at the bright side. The streak is now 18 games. It proves that the Ravens 3rd and 4th stringers are better than the Saints 3rd and 4th's. Which is usually the case against anybody...hence the streak. Harbaugh put as many unknown players on the field, for as long as he could, to see what they could do. They got their fair chance. Playmakers emerged on a night that the Ravens really needed it. Stone 2 INT's. Wade 1 INT. Board, Elliot, Adeoye, and Wallace all had 1 fumble recovery. I need to find out who stripped the balls. 3 sacks. 10 QB hits. Not too shabby. regardless....it was a nice summer night to be at the stadium with friends and fans. No pressure because this was, when all is said and done, a game that doesn't count. A game that will be forgotten. A game that will be "As God is my witness, I going to live through this! Me and my folk will never see a 1st half like that again!" Good Night!

Yea....this defense is going to be deep and nasty. 4 fumble recoveries and 3 interceptions. I get to that in the next 24 hours. This game started out with Humphry and Peters getting beat like a drum. Then, in the 1st half it devolved into something I haven't see from a Ravens offense. I don't know what that was. They should be ashamed of themselves, I'll check the Ravens website to see how they put lipstick on this pig. As far as the O line is concerned; it is time to panic. There is no depth if any starters go down. Eric has to be on the phone right now.
