  1. .3 yards per player. Never...never seem a Ravens stat like that. 11:38 to go
  2. This is how good the O line is. End of the 1st uarter Ravens have -0.2 yards rushing. There are O lanes
  3. So we'll see him next year? The O's need a catcher bad.
  4. Justin Fields really looked good in his debut. It's very early to say this yet he looks like the Bears long time famine at QB is over. 14 for 20. Very accurate nice throws. Threw for a TD and rushed for a TD. They have a good defense....maybe top 3-5. The pieces are falling into place.
  5. Look for Justice Hill to break out tonight. I think he's on a mission. Dangerous runner right now.
  6. against scrubs.
  7. Not me....
  8. I'm expecting a storm system to blow through like last nights. Might not get into my seat until 7pm. Or later if there is lightning, yet it will feel so good to be back after a year away. It's a pre season game. I don't expect to see Lamar or many of the starters. Let the newcomers battle it out. "Who wants to be a Raven!" I'll be spending most of my time looking up jersey numbers to match with players and shooting the shit with the fans around me. There are a ton of unanswered questions and issues around this 2021 squad and I don't expect many answers once the game is over. We won't know much about the O line or passing attack. We'll see the usual vanilla, one on one, packages. I'll be watching Oweh, Cleveland, Powers, Proche, Duverney, Queen, Madebuke, Thomlinson, Oliver, Mason, Washington, Ellis, Villenueva, Harrison, Bowser, Stephens, Dorsey....you get the picture right? Depth. Is it there? Emerging players. Players who have taken the next step in development. Ferguson has to dominate in some fashion to make this team. I am worried about the back up QB situation in so far as I think the Ravens need to carry 3 QB's this year in case Lamar gets hurt. Seeing Willie Snead taking reps in the last game against Cleveland was a little disconcerting. Then again, the Ravens have the NFL's most accurate passer in Koch. Dunkin Doughnuts in Catonsville does not have their Ravens Flock doughnuts out yet. Get on it. Say "Hi!" girls!....
  9. I wanted the O's to give him the money but I also felt they were bidding against themselves.
  10. What if......the O line puts on their big boy pants and does well Saturday night?
  11. You're so comforting!
  12. There goes the bandwagon!
  13. Just heard LaConfora say that the Ravens O line is kind of like Brandon Hyde's bullpen.
  14. Not falling here! Shooting star sighting!
  15. Small silver lining in the falling sky....
  16. Chris Davis retires. $161 million up in smoke.
  17. Glad he's getting this done so it won't be a lingering problem after he comes back.
  18. Now it's Smith....
  19. sorry I depressed everybody. Bateman may be out 8 weeks for a groin injury if he needs surgery. On the plus side, Proche caught around 11 balls today and don't forget about Wallace...
  20. If you and your family want to survive global warming, then go where the rich are buying up property. Very interesting article. The smart people have long been aware that global warming is a reality and they naturally, in the survival of the fittest mode, are making pro active plans. Quietly......they are getting "Squatters Rights." Chilling...... This is why aggressive actions and measures plus huge amounts of money need to be taken right now. $3 trillion is a drop in the bucket compared to what the costs will be later if too little is done now.
  21. " I see one nasty, dominant Ravens team making the playoffs this year. But more importantly.....can we shit our pants for a moment?" "Tell us what you think about the offensive line Mike." '"It’s no longer a matter of when the Ravens offensive line becomes a cohesive unit, but if it happens at all." .............Mike Preston: Ravens are in trouble if offensive line doesn’t improve | COMMENTARY - Baltimore Sun Ravens fans will know nothing about this unit until opening day as far as I can see. We won't see Stanley being risked in the pre season (hope I'm wrong.) Zeitler is out. Bozeman may not play Saturday night. Don't forget Boyle will be missed. That's also means we won't see Lamar. They will not put him behind Phillips, Powers, Colon, Mekari and Smith. Add in the fact that Lamar is a week removed from the Covid list and you can bet he won't be suited up. BUT!!!!..................it doesn't matter anyway because Lamar wouldn't have Bateman or Brown to throw to! Right Mike? So we get to see Huntley and McSorely battle it out or run for their lives....not sure what will happen there. There's Watkins, Wallace, Proche, Duverney and Andrews. Maybe Gus and Dobbins get some catches. How can the offense take the next step without a line and the much needed practice time for the passing game? maybe things will be different when they play the Panthers on the 21st. Well at least the defense is totally lights out. They have that going for them. "Unleash the Hounds!" on whoever QB's for the Saints. Having done my best to spread hysteria.......I have to say I'm totally excited about being at this futile and meaningless game Saturday night.
