  1. Watching the Olympics but checking in on these hearings....chilling testimonies.
  2. "I know I'm coming down hard. I'm simply telling the truth." He's telling the truth here too yet I have the feeling he is also trying to motivate Lamar.... 'Hey! We're scoring points and yacking up yards. Not all is bad." Cold...just cold Mike.....
  3. ......all on paper.
  4. yea big news and things happening here.
  5. And I have knowledge of things they are not wanting you to know.
  6. 1-51 in comeback wins when the O's trail after 8 innings........well....they have to start somewhere... ............yea right!....
  7. That's the big question. If he's not happy with the money there then what about here? What will they have to give up? There are rumors that Lamar reported early to sign a new contract. that would eat up the money.
  8. Is Gus a Diamond in the Rough?! Behind this O line the sky's the limit. This is a good camp preview article...........Ravens training camp preview: What to expect from Lamar Jackson, new WRs and more on offense - Baltimore Sun I'm getting so fired up as camp approaches. There are so many players to follow. So many position battles to follow as far as depth. 2 weeks from Saturday we'll be sitting in the stands watching the Ravens whale away. It was great to see and hear Harbaugh at the O's game yesterday. I got Purple Fever.
  9. I doubt the Ravens can afford him......... Ravens players begin recruiting Chandler Jones to Baltimore (msn.com) After the news of Jones’ situation broke, many NFL players began to recruit the star on social media. That included multiple Ravens players such as Marlon Humphrey, Lamar Jackson, and DeShon Elliott. Humphrey posed a simple question, while Jackson and Elliott responded with an answers that got many excited. If everything falls into place and Jones is acquired by the team, there’s no doubt that the veteran would be a phenomenal addition to Baltimore’s defense. He would be a perfect compliment to what the Ravens already have at the edge rusher position, and would give them a top pass rushing threat to go along with an elite secondary and excellent front-seven talent. Jones has posted 97 sacks through nine NFL seasons, including 49 in a three-year span from 2017-2019. He was limited to just five games and accumulated just one sack in 2020 due to a serious biceps injury....Ravens players begin recruiting Chandler Jones to Baltimore (msn.com)
  10. The Ravens play the Brownies twice in 3 weeks. 11/28-12/12. Browns/ Steelers/Browns. That may decide it.

    Good

    I can agree with this....
  12. Great comeback win in the 9th. 5-4 over the Knats. Uriah hits a ground ball to 3rd and McKenna had thevspeed to beat the pkay at the plate...I mean he flew. O's sweep the Knats.
  13. It looks like another dog fight to win the division. The media is hot on the Browns who do have a loaded roster. I don't think the Steelers intend to go "quietly in the night." The Bengals might be a hard out if Burrow comes back healthy and on fire. Winning "in division games will be a major key to making the playoffs and it looks like it will be a tough row to hoe. If you like anxiety, well, this is the season for you. From SB Nation: Predicting the 2021 NFL standings, including who wins the NFC West (msn.com) AFC North Browns (12-5) Ravens (11-6) Steelers (8-9) Bengals (5-12) Man, it feels strange talking about how good the Browns are. It seems like just a few seasons ago, they one a single game in a span of two years. They grow up so fast! Cleveland has a top-five roster heading into the season. The amount of talent on offense and defense is unfair and the Brownies could become a dark horse Super Bowl favorite if everything goes according to plan. I guess Baker Mayfield made the correct switch to Progressive. Baltimore should be great again as Lamar Jackson has done nothing but win from the moment he stepped onto an NFL field. The Ravens and Browns should be battling for the mighty North all season long. Big Ben is on his last legs in Pittsburgh. Mike Tomlin will always fire up his team, but his team’s slump after beginning 11-0 is a sign of bigger and more painful things to come in the steel city. As long as Joe Burrow isn’t rushed back too soon, the Bengals should play spoiler for their division counterparts. They’ve added firepower in the draft pairing Burrow’s LSU teammate Ja’Marr Chase with Tee Higgins and Tyler Boyd. Opposing teams will have a difficult time stopping them but Cincy is nothing but a cellar dweller at least for this upcoming campaign.
  14. Fortunately for the fans, you are not the Ravens GM. On another note: the Saints are screwed. No Thomas and Brees.

    Good

Nothing should be off limits in the attempt to find out how and why January 6th happened. There are tons of unanswered questions. a lot of people dropped the ball and leaders right up to Trump fueled the fire. I don't want a political witch hunt. I don't need a scapegoat. Just the Truth. We need to make sure insurrections can't happen again in the USA.
  16. More...
  17. The O's must feel ok with their pitching prospects in the farm system. They went for bats again. Maybe they're afraid to take/gamble on a pitcher that high. On paper this guy looks good.
  18. Still following the O's every day. Not watching as much yet I am watching today's game. Currently 4-2 Sox up. Mullins successfully bunted in the first and then Hays hit a home run. Later Mullins stole a base....he can do it all. Hays hard a great double play. He caught a line drive out in right field and then unleashed a fantastic throw to 3rd to throw out the runner trying to advance. Long throw right on target,
  19. 13-3! Mullins show. He better make the All Star team. He is great defensively and is the spark plug for this team. Let's not forget Santander, Wynn, Hays and Franco.
  20. O's get a win. 9-7. In other Bird news....
  21. 2 years is too long for me.
  22. During a rebuild, a team has to at some point start locking up players to build around. A solid core. Mullins definitely fills the bill. He makes the defense up the middle tight,. His bat speaks for itself. He's young, he's a spark plug for this team...he brings excitement and he brings fans to the stands. I know they need more bodies, more prospects and definitely pitching as evidenced by the 6 run 9th meltdown that ruined a great Orioles effort. Solid pitching and defense seem to be the best way to go. But not at the cost of Mullins. I draw the line there. I will stop following this team if they keep trotting out guys who are trying to figure out how to play in the majors. It's getting old.
  23. Eshelman pitched a good game. Guerrero went hitless. https://www.mlb.com/orioles/video/cedric-mullins-homers-10-on-a-fly-ball-to-right-center-field?t=all-star-ballot
  24. 7-1. Win! We got there around 6:15-6:30 and got the Mullins T-shirts (decent quality too) and of course Mullins hit a 1st inning lead off solo homer and a 3 run homer late in the game. The Yard looked great. Food was good. Fans were great. Family atmosphere. First time back since Cal's Iron Man record setting night...long time ago. The jersey that I want is $357.00 !!!!!!! Somebody help me! Really....I can't believe that price. Nice start to Fathers Day Weekend.
  25. Todays question. My son told me the first 15,000 fans who show up Friday night will get a free Mullins Orioles T-shirt. What time should we show up? "3 am is not an acceptable response."
