It's 'a positive' that he's made those statements. He hasn't done that in the past.

 

I'll believe it when I see that he is following through on the off season conditioning workouts. He can achieve those goals, but he needs trainer support and structure to do it.

Part of me wants to believe him and part of me says he won't change.

 

However, ALL of me is glad he's here.

Thats 100% change then we are used to with him..This is just a giant leap towards REPEAT

 

Its going to be a great off season, McKinnie in camp looking good and no drama as to where Ed Greed is, caus he never came to OTA's

I'm very optimistic, him actually showing up to workouts and committed to getting some weight off is exactly what we needed. He was playing 20+ pounds heavier than any other LT in football, that just isn't realistic.
