oldno82 Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 McKinnie on his conditioning and goals for the upcoming year: http://www.baltimoreravens.com/news/article-1/Bryant-McKinnie-Back-At-Ravens-Workouts-Wants-To-Dominate/53893c42-919b-4ae9-9bfa-15eb6dc55164 Quote
vmax Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 It's 'a positive' that he's made those statements. He hasn't done that in the past. I'll believe it when I see that he is following through on the off season conditioning workouts. He can achieve those goals, but he needs trainer support and structure to do it. Quote
oldno82 Posted May 9, 2013 Author Posted May 9, 2013 Part of me wants to believe him and part of me says he won't change. However, ALL of me is glad he's here. Quote
cravnravn Posted May 9, 2013 Posted May 9, 2013 (edited) Thats 100% change then we are used to with him..This is just a giant leap towards REPEAT Its going to be a great off season, McKinnie in camp looking good and no drama as to where Ed Greed is, caus he never came to OTA's Edited May 9, 2013 by cravnravn Quote
colincac Posted May 9, 2013 Posted May 9, 2013 I'm very optimistic, him actually showing up to workouts and committed to getting some weight off is exactly what we needed. He was playing 20+ pounds heavier than any other LT in football, that just isn't realistic. Quote
