Brady has nobody to throw to. No Welker...no Gronk...and Hernandez is in deep do do...

Things are slowly going from bad to worse for Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez. On Wednesday, Boston media reported Hernandez hasn't been ruled out as a suspect in a homicide case where a dead body was found less than a mile from his home.

Now Hernandez will reportedly be facing a lawsuit stemming from a February incident where he allegedly shot a man in the face, according to TMZ. Sports Illustrated has also confirmed the existence of the lawsuit.

According to TMZ, the man filing the lawsuit, Alexander Bradley, claims he went to a club in Miami with Hernandez on Feb. 13 and at some point, an argument broke out between the two men.

Hernandez and Bradley left the club in the same car, where the argument continued. At some point during the car ride, Hernandez allegedly aimed a gun at Bradley and the gun discharged, hitting Bradley in the face, according to the report.

Bradley claims to have suffered several injuries, including the loss of his right eye. The lawsuit also claims Bradley has had to undergo major reconstructive surgery to his face. Bradley is seeking more than $100,000 in damages.

There's possibly more bad news for Hernandez too: Bradley says Hernandez is not licensed to carry a firearm.

The lawsuit was filed in Florida on June 13, but then dropped four days later due to a paperwork issue. Bradley's legal team is expected to refile the suit on Wednesday, according to TMZ.

The only thing that might save them is that they are in a weak division.

Yea...real ugly...

State police are returning to the home of New England Patriots’ tight end Aaron Hernandez with a warrant based on evidence that "he destroyed his home security system,'' according to an ABC News report.

Citing an investigator and “other law enforcement sources,” the report states that the system, including video surveillance, was intentionally destroyed. It added that Hernandez’s attorneys had turned over a cell phone he used "in pieces.”

Further, it states, police are investigating information that a “team of house cleaners were hired on Monday to scrub his mansion,” sources told ABC News.
Hernandez has retained a lawyer following a state police search of his North Attleborough, Mass., home, according to multiple reports. FOX 25 tracked his vehicle as it headed into a garage at the Prudential Center in Boston, near where his lawyer reportedly has an office.

A law enforcement official has told FOX 25 that Hernandez appears to be directly tied to the homicide.

On Wednesday night, FOX 25 in Boston reported that Hernandez was driving a car with three other men as passengers, including the 27-year-old later identified as the homicide victim, hours before the victim’s body was discovered near his home.

FOX 25 then reported Thursday morning, crediting a source, that “forensic evidence places a vehicle driven by Hernandez at one of the crime scenes in this case.”

They're closing in.

The destroyed surveillance cameras and video, smashed cell phone and cleaning crew all say "Cover Up".

Now everybody deserves the benefit of the doubt until proven guilty. It could have been one of his friends who did it.

But...he doesn't look too cool right now.

Patriots are distancing themselves from him...

New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez arrived Thursday at Gillette Stadium to much fanfare, as reporters and helicopters tracked his every move. He was inside the stadium for a period of approximately 35 minutes before Patriots security asked him to leave and escorted him out and away from the media, according to a source informed of the decision.

Patriots security, upon consultation with owner Robert Kraft and perhaps other decision-makers, asked Hernandez to leave..

Next they'll be answering the phone saying "Aaron Who?"

Meanwhile Kraft is battling Russia and losing to Putin.

You can't make this stuff up...

All 3 of them seem to be involved in this murder. Who pulled the trigger is the question.

He bought in and wanted to live like a 'gangsta' and now he can.

The problem is that all his 'bitches and ho's' will be male losers like himself.
