GrubberRaven Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 I knew he did some great stuff, but never knew how much until he passed. The man shaped my sense of humor. Stripes is great!
Robjr83 Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 #1 For me is Ghostbusters... That was my childhood in a nutshell.....I'm a child of the 80's and I had the toy figures, ecto 1, firehouse playset, and the proton back/trap. NLV is another great one.... the dead lady, and the cop with the leash Ramis had a small role in 'As good as it gets' as a doctor... a great Nicholson movie
papasmurfbell Posted February 28, 2014 Author Posted February 28, 2014 I was born in 76 so Ghostbusters was the one that I remember in the theaters. Animal House is my favorite of all time. Whithout Ramis there would be no Jud Apitow, Ben Stiller might not be so big, The Coens might not have gotten a break, And Anderson have come after him. He was hugely influencial and haing him make films allowed future guys to get shots.
cravnravn Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 Animal House is the greatest master piece ever created, next to Caddy Shack. StripesGhostbustersVACATION I never really liked groundhog day
