Former Ravens defensive end Michael McCrary will announce the team's second-round draft pick on May 9, the NFL announced.

The NFL is having a former players from each team announce picks from Radio City Music Hall during the second night of the draft. It's the fourth year in a row the league has done so.

McCrary retired after the 2002 NFL season and was inducted into the Ravens' Ring of Honor in 2004.

A two-time Pro Bowl selection, McCrary played in the NFL for 10 seasons with the Ravens and Seattle Seahawks.

McCrary was known as a relentless pass rusher who recorded 71 career sacks and battled serious knee problems.

He was a mainstay on the Ravens' Super Bowl XXXV championship team with 44 tackles, 6.5 sacks and one forced fumble during the regular season. A crawling McCrary sacked Giants quarterback Kerry Collins in the Super Bowl.
