OutsideRzAcE Posted October 17, 2016 Posted October 17, 2016 Baltimore Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs tore his left biceps during Sunday's27-23 loss to the New York Giants, a source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter, confirming a Fox Sports report. The injury is not considered season-ending at this point, the source said, and Suggs still wants to play. The 14-year veteran appeared to suffer the injury while sacking quarterback Eli Manning in the fourth quarter. The medical staff put a wrap on Suggs' left arm but he did not return."We don't know," Suggs said when asked about the severity of the injury. "I ain't no doctor. We're going to get it looked at, but you know who I am and what I represent. I'm going to get it looked at and make sure everything is alright." http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/17811735/terrell-suggs-baltimore-ravens-torn-left-biceps Not season ending but we don't know when he'll play again. Tough break - his body is starting to go - ala Kobe in his final playing years. Quote
ravinmaniac52 Posted October 17, 2016 Posted October 17, 2016 sorry to hear, one of the best ravens/team player that maybe there ever was Quote
tsylvester Posted October 17, 2016 Posted October 17, 2016 He hasnt been the same since his last two injuries. He has lost power because of the bad wheels, and is mostly a no show because of it; time to cut ties with him. Younger, stronger players need the reps... Quote
papasmurfbell Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 Younger. Never give big deals to guys like him that go well into their 30s. Quote
tsylvester Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 Nope, look who the Pats just traded and they got a conditional 3rd for him because they plug & play, they don't pay that type of money for a poaition that is high in injury and easily replaced. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted November 1, 2016 Posted November 1, 2016 I have to agree with Preston that this is on them for not replacing old guys who get hurt a lot. Quote
