tsylvester Posted May 4, 2018 Posted May 4, 2018 Oh, yes, so who sticks? Likely 2 spots open for That probably leaves only one or two spots for a group that includes Perriman, Tim White, Quincy Adeboyejo, DeVier Posey, rookie fourth-round pick Jaleel Scott, rookie fifth-round pick Jordan Lasley and any undrafted free agents the team brings in. Perriman is at a disadvantage in any roster competition because he doesnt play on special teams.Assuming Michael Crabtree, John Brown and Willie Snead IV have three of the spots locked. As the teams kick returner, a core special teams player and a guy who passed Perriman on the depth chart last year, Chris Moore has a good grip on the fourth spot.Is true... White, if he cam stay healthy is a great slot back and a slippery return man too boot, but the key is health. Scott has the potential upside, great body control, hands catcher, circus catches, but he struggles with concentration on the easy ones... Sounds like a Clarence Moore type, man did he make great plays in practice... 12 players drafted, how many make the team? Also in the article is thr snippet that the Ravens tried to move BACK UP in thr draft after gathering all those 6th & 7th round picks but got no takers, of course. http://www.baltimoresun.com/sports/ravens/ravens-insider/bs-sp-ravens-news-notes-20180503-story.html Quote
papasmurfbell Posted May 4, 2018 Posted May 4, 2018 I honestly don't know. I am pretty certain Perriman is cut. Past that... Quote
tsylvester Posted May 4, 2018 Author Posted May 4, 2018 Learning to draw papa? Abstract? Yeah this should be interesting, the PS might be filled with receivers... Quote
oldno82 Posted May 4, 2018 Posted May 4, 2018 Based on the Ravens past history, they’ll keep the 2 draftees. And with this group I agree with that. Quote
vmax Posted May 4, 2018 Posted May 4, 2018 yea...Lasley and Scott. Here's all the Undrafted Rookie Free Agents.... Ravens announced signing of 15 undrafted rookies: WR Jaelon Acklin, Western Illinois; OL Randin Crecelius, Portland State; RB Gus Edwards, Rutgers; G Justin Evans, South Carolina State; ILB Alvin Jones, UTEP; TE Nick Keizer, Grand Valley State; DE Christian LaCouture, Louisiana State; WR Andre Levrone, Virginia; LB Mason McKendrick, John Carroll; LS Trent Sieg, Colorado State; C Alex Thompson, Monmouth; RB Mark Thompson, Florida; RB De'Lance Turner, Alcorn State; P Kaare Vedvik, Marshall; DB Darious Williams, Alabama Birmingham. Can they play special Teams? That goes a long way in helping to make the roster. And you never know....it's a long shot but one of the Crabtree/Brown/Snead group might not make it. Quote
vmax Posted May 5, 2018 Posted May 5, 2018 ...and then there's the inevitable injuries... and PED's, drugs,..... Quote
