They have better receivers, a pretty good defense, but are what 1-31 over the past 2 seasons and have a qb who plays scared & a rookie.

 

I like Todd Haley as a coordinator, but it is a stretch

Sooner or later its going to happen. This year ? Who knows but the gap is narrowing. It wouldn’t shock me to see the Browns sneak 1 this year in Cleveland.
