tsylvester Posted June 15, 2018 Share Posted June 15, 2018 If you have to hire someone because of race or sex, creed or color, are you hiring honestly or giving into pressure, thus lying? I am for women in football, in the coaching staffs, front office etc, not just in cheer leading, which I think should be done away.... I am glad they finnally got with the times. What I don't like is when a truly qualified candidate is overlooked for a less qualified person because of race or sex. I am not saying this is the case in this instance, but I do have my doubts.
