papasmurfbell Posted November 16, 2018 Author Posted November 16, 2018 They sank a lot of resources into Lamar. He needs to be allowed to have a chance to standup before you look to replace him. Quote
varaven45 Posted November 16, 2018 Posted November 16, 2018 I think Lamar needs a full year - thats it. If he works out great if he doesnit we draft a new QB in 2020. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted November 16, 2018 Author Posted November 16, 2018 You have to give the Landry rookie rule. Quote
oldno82 Posted November 16, 2018 Posted November 16, 2018 I don't care how good Lamar looks or doesn't look for the rest of the season. IF there is a blue-chip quarterback in range of us trading up we'd should trade up and draft him. Then if Lamar pans out you can trade the drafted qb. But if Lamar is just mediocre, it would be great insurance to have a top notch prospect available. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted November 16, 2018 Author Posted November 16, 2018 This yrs QB class is not good. Quote
vmax Posted November 16, 2018 Posted November 16, 2018 Save it till the off season. There's months of dead time before the draft. Quote
