Love this guy ! He was a QB on our D. Ill nevet forget his trifecta agains the Redskins about 15 yrs ago at FEDEX when he hit QB Mark Brunel, caused a fumble and rumbled in for a TD. It changed the entire game and we won. The guy made so many awesome plays. I wonder sometimes how even better our incredible D might have been had Ed played on the 2000 D.

 

Great player, incredible instincts and amazing athleticism. He was truly a generational player. Damn blessed to have watched this guy for so many years.

Yeah as why people like Reed and no offense against him as thought he was awesome. But what about those that have been waiting for decades and never getting on in? Let them go in first.

Some are more worthy than others. I agree there is a backlog but transcendant players jump over just great ones. Also the HOF loves having snubs to keep themselves in the news.
