oldno82 Posted March 6, 2019 Posted March 6, 2019 Mixed feelings about this one. Weddle was game savvy and a good leader on defense. But his skills were definitely down. All-in-all, sorry to see him go but it had to be done. Now the question is 'Who takes his place?'

vmax Posted March 6, 2019 Posted March 6, 2019 They could lose 1/3rd to 1/2 of last years defense.Mosley, Weddle, Zadarius Smith, Suggs...maybe Jimmy Smith...Urben.That's a lot of leadership and experience there.The D won't be as good as last years. Decosta is walking a fine line here if the 2019 D starts giving up big plays and points.
