For one-third the price of a regular ticket, NFL fans will be able to stand outside Cowboys Stadium and act like they are attending the Super Bowl XLV. The league announced on Wednesday that tickets to watch the game on large HD video screens on the east side of the stadium will cost $200.

The NFL is so full of itself and fan unfriendly at times. Though I bet they sell a lot of those tickets so perhaps the ends justify the means.

What a joke, and think of all the poor saps that will buy them tickets!

None of them will be poor, I bet. And how many ad hoc souveneir or adult beverage licenses will be sold to cater to these 'poor' in the parking lots? I imagine a grand time will be had. "How 'bout dem ____________s?!!"

$200 to stand and watch the game on TV? You gotta be shitting me. Why not stay at home, throw a Superbowl party, and kick it in comfort on the couch?

I see where they are going. There are always fans of whatever teams play that go to the venue trying to find seats. Many of them go to local sports bars and watch the game there. Now the NFL says why don't we keep them around and make the money ourselves. You are still a moron if you pay them to hand outside.
