Brown to kc for 4 picks including the 31st.  All day everyday.

Now I see it via shatter.  But it looks like we give up a lot of equity along with brown.  Basically it looks like a 2nd round pick for him.  I think he is worth more.

Baltimore will get the Chiefs’ first-, third-, and fourth-round picks this year and a 2022 fifth-rounder while sending their 2021 second-round pick and a 2022 sixth-rounder to Kansas City. They now have the 27th and 31st picks of the draft and the Chiefs will pick 58th and 63rd next week

 

Not bad, basically moving up from round two to the 31st, getting an extra 3rd & 4th round pick. Not sure they could get much better in this climate

I like the trade...gives them 2 first rounders and they can use them to trade up or back along with the other ammo. Probably trade the 31st into the 2nd for a pick there and maybe get another 3rd. I wouldn't draft an OT in the first round.

I understand why this had to be done yet I will really miss Zeus Jr. The team will too. He was a lightning rod on that O line and played at a high level. He is Ravens family.

And to the Chiefs! The Ravens really helped them out and hurt themselves when they play KC. He stands a very good chance of getting a SB ring there.

The Ravens got great value for him. They turned a 3rd round pick into gold.

Maybe, but realistically speaking, how much more? TBH, I would've rather had Brown than Stanley but Stanley's contract kills that idea.

While Brown played well at left tackle in 2020, the club is getting Pro Bowl tackle Ronnie Stanley back healthy for next season so there shouldn't be much of a talent drop-off at that position. Meanwhile, veteran Alejandro Villanueva is expected to replace Brown at right tackle so the Ravens have all of their bases covered in his departure. That said, the club will likely need to look for a long-term solution at right tackle as Villanueva will be 33 this season. 

The Ravens now have two first-round assets (No. 27 and No. 31) to move around the board if they so choose and are just one of only four teams that currently own multiple first-round picks in this year's draft. The big need for the club is to add another talented receiver into the mix for Lamar Jackson. If one starts to fall into the mid-to-late teens, Baltimore now has plenty of ammo to move up the board to go get him. Of course, they could also simply elect to take players with each of their first-rounders and address more than one position of need (receiver and edge rusher). 

What this trade did for Baltimore is turn an expendable asset into draft flexibility, which is exactly what clubs want this time of year.  Eric stayed true and won. No Cap jail for the Ravens so they can stay competitive. Lamar and Andrews are coming due.

Not my problem if they can't sign him.  If they wasted draft capital on him like we did with nganou great.  That said I solid 1st round return should have come.
