On the other hand, Papa, look at it this way. After next year it's only a 2-yr deal. If Bisciotti feels it's time for Harbs to go, he can afford to just fire him.

I enjoy consistency, but if things don't change, ie better discipline, both in penalties, and play, offensive output, then papa will be right. Winning games during the regular season is easy, now we need playoff wins, coach. They come with team discipline as much as anything else

And just 4 yrs ago he was going to leave.  1 great season since then and then the team has been falling all over its self.   I guess you can fail upwards.  I don't see Caldwell, Flores, or many other non good old boys get this much leash.
