Like a bunch of prognosticators, I completely didn’t see this one coming and was on the wrong planet with my prediction. Huge win, big time play from Lamar and the offense, and stout defense all day. As Tsy points out, the team need to bring this kind of effort, intensity and execution every game. Will they do it ? Beats me but bringing this kind of performance would make for a helluva season. Anyone who says they saw that dominance over the Lions coming is a liar or frankly, was just an old Homer who relies on memories of the old Lions. Yes, we could see this team putting things together, that it was either going to explode or implode. But no one truly knew what type of team the Lions were, I am sure they were just resting on their laurels and face planted into a scorpion.
