I agree, he may he the best reason for inking the Goldman, very similar body styles and play profiles. A very good teacher

I see the Bungles inked Stewart, both sides caving in a bit. He didn't get the language in the contract changed but got a larger signing bonus

Hard to believe now that just a few years ago we had no home grown receivers to get excited about.

"Walker was a magnet when it came to finding the football Saturday, hauling in multiple grabs from different quarterbacks. He and Lamar Jackson had the play of the day early in 11-on-11 work, when Jackson heaved a pass down the middle of the field as Walker separated from Nate Wiggins and ran under the ball for an explosive play.

In a one-on-one battle with Jaire Alexander, Walker made a nice play on a comeback route when he undercut Alexander to complete a catch from Jackson. Walker also had a few other sideline grabs, including a sliding catch, throughout the day."

Now we have Bateman, Flowers, and Walker on the roster!

While some fans may have their gripes, one Baltimore Ravens guard has earned his teammates' full trust.

Throughout his first year as a starter, Baltimore Ravens right guard Daniel Faalele was certainly one of the team's more-discussed players.

Faalele, a 2022 fourth-round pick out of Minnesota, drew plenty of ire from fans over his inconsistent performance, particularly early on. However, his coaches and teammates believed in him the entire time, and by the end of the season, he played at a very solid level and was even named a Pro Bowl alternate. He wasn't perfect by any means — he finished the year with a 60.5 overall grade from Pro Football Focus — but he was serviceable.

Now heading into Year 2 as a starter, Faalele looks to take the next step on the field. Already, his teammates have noticed his improvement.

"Daniel's looked awesome," center Tyler Linderbaum told reporters Friday. "One, just coming [to training camp] in really good shape. He's certainly been challenged to do so, and I think he took that challenge on. [He] then just continues to get better and better each and every day. I'm excited for Daniel and the things that he's going to be capable of doing this year."

Left tackle Ronnie Stanley, who spent time training with Faalele this offseason, also took note of the work he's put in over the past several months.

Daniel is taking a really tough approach on himself this off season," Stanley told reporters Tuesday. "He's been working his butt off every day. He's been pushing himself, and I've been very proud of how far he has gone."

Faalele, 25, is one of the heaviest players in the NFL at 370 pounds, and that comes with its own pros and cons. While his bulk makes it hard for opposing defenders to move him, it also hampers his mobility compared to many other linemen, a weakness that was very noticeable at points last season.

If Faalele slims down a bit, as it seems he has at training camp, he could very well take the next step.

I agree...if he plays well sign him to a low cap impact deal.

Meanwhile, I wonder how our other guard is doing so far.

If he was doing poorly surely the local pundits would be shouting it from the rooftops.

Everything I've heard is that he is doing great

Thoughts on picking up Wilkins after being cut?

Na, between that foot injury, his price tag, and they are a playful kiss of death

Hope the Likely rumors are true. That's one of several contract questions that needs answering before the season starts.

Likely was just carted off the field with some type of leg injury. Harbaugh says he'll probably be out of practice for about 3 weeks.

Yeah, if he wants that cowbell deal. He has shown that he wants money over rings so far. Maybe he stays out west for a team desperate for interior help like KC, though they don't have much he cap room either. The Lions have a ton, so with all of their defensive players hurt last year, maybe they take a flyer on him.

I wouldn't, he didn't follow protocol for rehab on his foot, and refused a 2nd surgery, not too bright...

A little more on why he was cut after a year into his mega deal. Seems that he has some serious issues going on, either in his life or his head.

Butler, who played defensive tackle alongside Wilkins last season, went into an unexpected rant about the importance of mental health when asked about his former teammate while speaking to reporters on Tuesday.

“We’ve pretty much just kind of moved on from the situation,” Butler said. “I really don’t want to comment further on it. But I will say whatever you’re going through as a person, athlete, non-athlete, whoever, whatever your struggle is, if you got something going on in life, talk to somebody. Get some therapy, whatever your deal is, it’s your deal.

Somebody out there in this world full of billions of people is willing to listen. They’re willing to listen, hear you out, and help you work through whatever you need to work through. Don’t make any hasty decisions. Get help.”

Wilkins was let go by the Raiders in a shocking move just one year into the five-year, $110 million contract he signed in 2024
