Rumor from the team's website is that Ravens have asked to interview Kubes and Anthony Weaver. Kubiak is my first choice. Weaver has been an assistant coach for a long time and has Ravens experience but his Miami defense has been only mediocre and I'm so tired of mediocrity. I like Flores too as he has made an extremely successful defense in Minnesota without any elite talent. I'd like to see him get an interview. Quote

Flores is intriguing, strong ties to Bill B, must have learned a lot from him. Got a raw deal in Miami, but he might have also not been ready to be hc at the time. He and Swartz game planning defense ought to scare the crap out of the league. I think that would be a great staff Quote
