vmax Posted May 25, 2012 Posted May 25, 2012 He's losing the baby fat... and putting on more muscle. that means more power. The cardio means more endurance and reps. The Ravens need him to take another big step forward. Looks like he is.... Terrence Cody shed 65 pounds last offseason during the lockout. Now the Ravens’ nose tackle is bulking back up – this time, in muscle, not fat. Cody has was a constant figure at the Ravens’ training facility during the team’s voluntary strength and conditioning program, and is one of a handful of returning defensive starters present for organized team activities. “I feel like I am getting a lot stronger,” Cody said Wednesday afternoon. “Losing that weight last year kind of made me a little weak because I lost it a little too fast. But working out with [strength and Conditioning Coach] Bob [Rogucki] and those little ‘Superman’ workouts and stuff, I am feeling good.” Cody is still listed at 349 pounds, the same weight as last season. But he’s noticeably more toned. He said he’s been working on the little things this offseason and taking care of his body.http://blogs.baltimo...ronger-in-2012/ Quote
