I love my Ravens but I will not wear that thing.

Ravens Can't Clinch (Yet), But Steelers Can
OutsideRzAcE replied to deeshopper's topic in Baltimore Ravens
If we face Me too...I like our chances against those teams a lot more in Baltimore. -
Found the answer to my own question. 12 days...so basically we'll know tomorrow. I think they'll do it. That Brady Tebow matchup looks interesting now.

I was really hoping they'd flex our game with the Chargers off of Sunday night in favor of the NE-Den matchup. Does anyone know when they deadline to do that would be? I think Primetime@ home in front of a National Audience would be a big boost to SD ala the Jax game. It would be in the Ravens' favor to play them at 4:15 instead.

I saw this just in the highlight package. Blatant holding not called on the first wallace TD. Illegal block in the back on the Antonio brown run back. And that was just was just what I picked out from the highlight package!

I got tickets for this game. Going down with a friend who also is a Ravens fan in Pitt. The last time we went to see the Ravens in Cleveland, they were down 14-0 in the first quarter. That was the year Derrek Anderson and Braylon Edwards went beserk. I don't want to see a repeat this year.

Hillis breakout game came against the Ravens last year happened because noone was prepared for him. If I recall correctly, Redding got hurt and we had to rotate in T Pryce? He will not sneak up on us again. He's lost the element of surprise and I expect the Run D to handle him.

That's hilarious

Leach need new helmet because he broke his
OutsideRzAcE replied to papasmurfbell's topic in Baltimore Ravens
I laugh at the way Leach hits people with the ball in his hand. He takes people on with his head....he doesn't give a shit. -
lol..where did you find that? That brings back memories...although I completely forgot the guys name was sportsexpert
-
I'm trying to figure out how they knew that. I can't remember the last time we ran that play.
-
Yea that was funny. John says that a lot. I guess that is his "Who's got it better than us?"

Great show w/ lots of really cool "look behind the curtain" moments. I cannot believe how much Harbs can get away with when dealing with the officials.

This guy is in the ultimate state of denial. His response is like that of a child who thinks he can lie himself out of trouble. I remember doing that once in 3rd or 4th grade but this guy is in his 20's..what is he thinking? Even the Detroit Fans are turning on him: http://www.freep.com/comments/article/20111125/SPORTS01/111250413/Ndamukong-Suh-s-meltdown-interceptions-penalties-injuries-doom-Lions

Suggs Postgame: http://www.nfl.com/v...s-joins-the-set This was a good segment. There's an interesting comment from Suggs @ about the 4 minute mark where he admits that one of the reasons the team has been so inconsistent is that the D has been consumed with Ray Rice's lack of touches in games. The rest of the segment is great material also. Edit: Also figured i'd link to the Harbaugh Postgame http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-thursday-night-football/09000d5d82472fb5/Football-and-family This was even better than the Sizzle segment I thought. Good stuff from Harbs

' It feels good to know we may just be alright when the big guy retires. The Ravens are definitely a lot faster with McClain and Ayenbedejo (you're going to have to suck this one up if it's mispelled colincac). Harbaugh went out of his way to single out McClellan during the NFL network postgame coverage. He said McClellan has never played ILB in his life before last night. Harbs and Suggs had really cool postgame chats with the NFL Network gameday hosts. If you have a chance to pull it up online do so.

They are still close enough to challenge for the division. It looks like the only team committed to sucking for Luck is the Colts.

Jimmy Fallon pays bet to Josh Charles, dons Rice jersey
OutsideRzAcE replied to OutsideRzAcE's topic in Baltimore Ravens
I can never figure out why Snoop is a Steeler fan. It's so random! At least michaels and Khalifa are from the Pittsburgh area. -
Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. I get to come back to town, and enjoy football all day with my folks, breaking only to grab a plate of turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and some pumpkin pie. Best. Holiday. Ever! Enjoy and GO RAVENS!!! :gorave:

The Chiefs claimed him anyway, so moot point.

We finally added some speed to the equation. Obviously the 2 deep thorws to Smith helped score or set up TDs, but even when Smith wasn't the target, he opened things underneath. Boldin's TD is a perfect example. I've said it before and i'll say it again, the more we can connect on those go routes for Smith, the more teams have to respect it, the better our offense will be. Flacco just needs to be more accurate on the deep passes like he was in this game.

Yea, if both of us make it to the title game. What are the chances of that if we have to play 2 on the road, including possibly @ Pitt? We could have had a home championship game last year if we beat the Steelers, but it's tough to win 2 in a row on the road in the playoffs. I'd prefer the bye.

I thought about that too, but we need that home game!
