No way Harbs goes unless he and Steve get into a major tiff. Harbs has had too much success. I do think he gives up some of the decision making power he gained after winning the sb. Pees is gone for sure. It would take a major improvement on the defense to save his job and we all know that ain't happening

There will be others besides Pagano. The Ravens should fire Pees at the bye to see what they have internally and then take the best candidate this offseason.

I wouldn't if I were him, it's not his fault the Ravens had so much dead money tied up in players no longer on the roster that they can't afford to give him better receivers. At the same time if I were in Ozzie's shoes I'd be looking for some concessions from Joe. The Ravens won't be successful paying Flacco 25 million+ a year, and I don't think they think he's lived up to his contract.

It's certainly going to be interesting. I saw a link from Papa that said the Ravens are 19-19 since the SB, or since Flacco signed his big deal. That means when Flacco and his agent sit down at the bargaining table the Ravens will be several games under .500 in the first three years of Flacco's deal. Not exactly the position of strength they negotiated from the first time.

Collapse and choking have been the marks of his Defenses. Hell, they almost cost us a SB, but no-one really thinks of it that way since we won.

Who's better than us? Evvvvvvvverybody! I look around the league and I honestly can't see a team I am confident we would beat. Home or away...doesn't matter. I think we just lost to the 2nd worst team in the league. Any team with a competent QB can beat us. If the Steelers had started Landry Jones against us instead of Vick we would be 0-6 right now. Never thought I'd see the team this low.

I don't know if he will redo it for what the Ravens want him to. We need help at WR. Joe needs to keep this in mind before asking for the moon and stars.
