I get that he was just trying to have fun with it, but why hold the "interview" in what looks and sounds like your bathroom? Who, in his production company, would allow that poor quality to get out? Is this just more "evidence" that he is immature, or not very capable of being the man? -
Prior to the arrival of Roquan Smith, Patrick Queen was playing his way out of Bmore, I and most would say. But like a kid after a surgery snack, once Smith took over, so too did Queen. (Queen, who had a standout 2022 campaign with 117 tackles, nine for loss, five sacks, six pass breakups and two interception) Everyone noticed the change in his play, many pundits proclaiming the Ravens having the best inside backer duo in the league. But now the difficult decision to make, pick up his 5th year option,(by May 1st) he is still pretty cheap, counting roughly $2 mil. They could try to trade him, save that amount, maybe get a 3rd, possibly a 2nd, though unlikely. They could try to ink him to a deal, keep the dynamic duo in tact. There is always the choice to pick up his option for this year, then let him walk, hoping to get a 4th or maybe a 3rd in comp picks next year..

Lamar to interview him self since 1)no one is calling 2) the media can't be trusted https://www.si.com/nfl/2023/03/19/lamar-jackson-teases-forthcoming-interview-amid-ravens-contract-talks Jackson said in the video that the biggest adjustment to the NFL game coming out of college was the change in terminology between the playbook at Louisville and Marty Mornhinweg’s West Coast offense when Mornhinweg was the Ravens offensive coordinator -
If you are constipated, digest this, it will losen you up. In this article you will read a carefully crafted load of crap, the author invoking race, sex, and anything else that elicits sympathy from the reader. It is an unprovoked shot across the bow, nay, a stab in the back of a friend, fitting given we are just days past Julius Cesar being cut down by a friend, long ago. Smith is faking being an advocate for Lamar, and instead is using him to try and rewrite history, stamp his, Smith's, name in history as "the man" who broke the slave owners known as the owners. What a farce, what a shame. I feel bad for Lamar. https://nflpa.com/posts/nfl-free-agency-is-a-study-in-power-and-control

We don't know if the Ravens went after any of the qbs, maybe they did and the price was too high. Those guys are free agents for a reason, none of them is going to lead a team to a championship. Same with receivers, we don't know if they talked with agents on the free agent receivers or made calls to teams about trades. They keep things pretty close to the vest. With a healthy, full line, healthy runningbacks, this offense should be able to run the ball. A piece or two on defense and they will be dominant or should be. This team, no matter the qb, is not going to be a 4 win team, they should win at least 8 -

He can always decline the offer, go through this process again next year. By then someone will pony up. -
Geno Stone brought back, good move as he has shown very good improvement in his play. Still not a great cover safety, but certainly good enough and young. No word yet on how much that I could find. Long snapper Nik Moore was also brought back, 2 years, $2.5 mil, another solid bring back move.

The pickings are getting slimmer, Brissett would have been better than Huntley, but with him gone I guess Huntley is the best choice -

Yes, just pointing out that the Jets had been planning on Favre for a few months & only were able to pull the trade off in August of that year. With June one post cut designations and such, a team like the Colts or Texans could wait till then to make an offer -

True, but it has been done before, just heard Mike Tannenbaum go through the process of how they got Farve to the Jets. -

Well, well, well, Lamar came to his senses and agreed to the original offer...... if you believe that, then I have -
Interesting, maybe they will use him as a player in a trade...

Ravens tender Huntely, right of first refusal, 2.6 mil... Reports that they did look into Mayfield and Brissett, thankfully they both went elsewhere. Of the remaining qbs, I wonder, who is better than Huntley? Joe Flacco, Matt Ryan, Carson Wentz, Marcus Mariota, Teddy Bridgewater, Chase Daniel, and Gardner Minshew? I wouldn't mind Minshew over Huntley, in Monken's system he might do well

Well, teams, including the Ravens, have until July to make an offer, to extend him. They may wait until after the draft to decide.. so we need -

If he gets an offer, the team has to be notified, the team will have 5 days to match or trade. So I would expect to find out pretty quickly. Lamar today -
Iggles have lost a lot of players, a few coaches, they will not be the same team this season. The Ravens are a qb, solid qb play, not exemplary play mind you, from returning to and winning playoff games.

Sos it has been just over an hour since he has had the phone lines open. Did he get 100 calls from telemarketers, from phone banks selling extended warranties, or from the Disabled Insurance group..... did he just go round in circles? -

Grub, our favorite runningback is back with the Ravens, https://www.cbssports.com/fantasy/football/news/ravens-justice-hill-staying-in-baltimore/amp/ Hill is re-signing with Baltimore on a two-year, $4.5 million contract, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
