I know, I know, a receiver, from OU, when this team has other needs... Yes.. I mentioned him a couple years ago when he was a star as a frosh with Baker. Last year was another growth year for him, an even bigger star with Murray. Now, with Hurts, Lamb has really filled out well, stronger, lean built. Great strong, soft hands, superpurb body control and ball tracking skills. He runs exceptionally well with the ball, quick more than fast but he runs faster and through traffic, arm tackles with the ball in his hands. He is a team player, good blocker down field, solid route runner. He can get off the jam at the los when needed, but he is a better slot player, number 2 wideout. What round will he go in? He plays like a first rounder, but likely won't go until the late 2nd or 3rd, if he comes out this year. I saw the lowlights; horrible. Bravo to Pouncy for sticking up for his teamate and all NFL players. I know emations are hard to control, especially in the heat of the moment. I also saw Mason grab Garret's helmet while they were on the ground after the roughing the passer... But to swing a helmet at another; as all of the current, former players are saying, is unacceptable. At least a suspension for the rest of this year, maybe even into next year.
