  1. Nike is dumping Winston, or should I say, not renewing his contract.
  2. That would be a shame but also sadly typical for this front office. If the player isn't a bust, they are injury prone and can't prove they are not a bust.
  3. One of the worst shows on tv, the tops is Get Up, I won't even click on the link. Oh no need to tell me what these tqo paid clowns said, I know it is what ever gets people to talk, post, click, pay them...
  4. No, that was the one that bounced off a lineman's helmet and went to a secondary player.
  5. 2nd string Europe players....
  6. Eh, time will tell, his pick was easy, thrown to him, he played against guys who will not be in the NFL this year.. . We need to see him shed blocks, make the proper reads on the ball carrier and cover man to man, all things he has struggled with so far.
  7. What was he & #3 looking at, do you know? Nope...
  8. It is the first preseason game, barely any camp under their belts. You can't win a job in game one but you can build a plank to walk if the bad play continues.
  9. I know they have missed many times other qbs have done it in other games, so yes, they, the tv crews, producers, have an agenda, they show what ever goes along with their narrative. Joe is not a rah-rah guy, but I have seen times, both in peraon & on the tube, when he has spoken with his line, his receivers, his coaches, looked over the tablet on past plays.
  10. You mean the tv cameras don't show him doing that...
  11. Just because the television doesn't show him looking over the film/ vid, does not mean he hasn't. I've seen every qb in the league since the early 70's all "pout" after a bad series....
  12. It will be interesting to see who get more playing time, Jackson, Griffin, or Woodrum.....
  13. Oh to be excited about a passing game working in practice or still disappointed in a secondary prone to giving up big plays because of broken coverage or flat out being beat, albeit in practice...
  14. Good question, I don't think he would be a good fit for a rookie qb, he seemed to hold a certain rookie back when he was in Dallas if the "coach" is to be believed.
  15. Mayfield is gonna be a great qb, he has the right coaching, (no, not the head coach) and a quality pro wide out to help him along. It will take a year maybe two, but he will be good.
  16. It's not just his inaccuracy, he keeps fumbling snaps from under center.
  17. No, Joe trying to finish a game with a torn out knee won the team over to him. Don't let the haters displace how the team stands with him. They, the players, know the truth.
  18. http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/24208095/taylor-lewan-tennessee-titans-gets-richest-ol-deal-ever Wow, I hope the Ravens don't fall for that type of money for their avaerage left tackle. Oh yeah, Jake Mathews, Falcons, gets
  19. Practice is just practice, but reports are that the defense no longer calls the offense the bad news bears.... We shall see..
  20. He and his wife are happy to live here, I doubt they up root what, 5 kids, to move somewhere else, especially a crappy team. It is not as if he needs money nor a championship ring.
  21. They don't seem to care about dead money. Keep in mind, if he plays well and they don't see any progress in Jackson no way they get rid Joe. They will of course, rework his deal to lower his cap number for one more season. Again, if he plays well and Jackson confinues to struggle in camp & practices....
  22. Sounds like an episode of Charlie Brown with the teacher talking.... Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah...
  23. Personal reasons, or maybe he is deciding to not play any longer.
