As much as I hated the "Peesvent" defense I will defend him and say you could have only done so much with what the secondary was this season. Run D and Redzone D was stout. Hurting him too was the of the only (Webb wasn't) healthy draft pick we had in the secondary is turning into a huge bust (Elam).

I'm assuming Kubs would have at least thought of Denver before being so quick to announce hes staying. He'd have to know Fox was on the hot seat before the game. If he's lucky Mannings staying maybe a year. Meanwhile they have several free agents coming up. So hes stuck rebuilding a team for the next 4 years and Elway has a short fuze.

That's more on Joe throwing into double coverage. Torrey also being soft and not wanting to fight for it. The O put up 30+ and couldn't get it down. I'm still proud of my team. A rebuilt secondary and this team can win next year.

There are no sure things in the NFL. I cant imagine the "luck" of drafting a Andrew Luck with the Ravens picks always coming in around 20 and above. This team can/has won with Joe, image if Oz actually invested in drafting top end TEs and WR's. Knowing this year he'll go with CB's and DB's and I cant blame him.

Presto has said that Torrey is "soft", I think he didn't want to hit the ground so he didn't even try to drag the foot. We've seen this before, I love Torrey as a person but no way does Oz throw top tier money at him. I looked at this season's FA Wrs and I'm guessing he'll want 4-6 mil.
